There is also a vacuum blockage control. However, it only controls the rear lock.
1. Poor map, no valve control - 335HP / 360Nm
2. Fuel 98, normal, normal, available at each station - 500HP / 544Nm
3. E85 fuel, specifically in this case we got E80 - 605HP / 700Nm

Specs Audi 80 Quattro 20V Turbo:
FUEL SYSTEM
The fuel system was also made from scratch. Of course, it is not standard, because we have 2 high-pressure pumps, including the main Bosch 044.
We installed a reusable filter in place of the standard one and added a large, SLG swirl-pot. The tank is made of 2mm steel and placed with the pumps in a standard place. The injectors are Siemens 5x850cc @ 3b, working on 4b here.

We also installed a Flexfuel sensor.
EXHAUST SYSTEM
Next came the exhaust system.
It begins with a Borg Warner EFR 7163 turbocharger with a v-band exhaust shell.
The exhaust manifold is a SLG product.
5in1, 3mm wall, short compact design with the shortest and simple runners possible.
There are also sockets for 5 EGT probes in the collector.
Then DP 3.5 "and the rest of the exhaust 3".
The kit includes: a v-band flange made for the shell, a 3 "flexible connector, 2x v-band, 2 silencers and an exhaust flap controlled by a button and an ECU.
INTAKE AND WATER SYSTEM
Water cooler - 100mm !!!
Intercooler - 76mm
Oil cooler - 19 rows
Suction collector.
It is also a SLG project based on a manifold from RS3 / RSQ3
2-piece, 2-chamber, slotted, folded and installed for the first time in DRED's car !!!
Electronic throttle 80mm
2.5 "and 3" inlet are powder-coated in a black structure, similarly to most of the visible engine parts, covers, frame, etc. Silicones, of course, Fmic.pl.

The entire bundle was made from scratch by SLG.
With EMU, we control practically what we can. From fuel pumps to fans and ending with the exhaust flap!
Water and oil temperatures, oil pressure, 5 EGT, etc. are logged.
Inside, we have also prepared a temporary panel to control the functions of the EMU and the rest of the equipment.
We have here:
- control of seat belt pretensioners
- fan control independently of the EMU
- ALS
- Flat shift
- Rolling antilag (in the lever on the steering wheel)
- 8-step traction control
- map switching
- exhaust flap control independently of the EMU
- NOS control (not used yet)
SUSPENSION
For starters, everything fell out and we dealt with the suspension and drive.
Everything went to sandblasting and then powder coating.
The entire suspension was equipped with polyurethane and a set of everything that could be replaced. End pieces, rods, connectors etc. etc.
The suspension is of course threaded, made in our SLG.
The eccentric top mounts from YoungTimer Motorsport and Bilstein B6 shock absorbers were installed.
By the way, we modified the hubs to be able to install wheels with 4x108 and 4x100 spacing
STEERING SYSTEM
The steering system is also only new parts, and some changes, such as an electro-hydraulic power steering pump or 1.5: 1 steering quickener

@@TranceAholicCarl9088 definitely underrated. Most people don’t even know of them anymore. Cant forget that they made their last 20vt 5 cylinder in the 90s, and they were very rare in america. Most younger enthusiasts have no idea what that 5 pot magic is like

What a great car! Bring back a lot of memories. For a second I believed it was Norwegian model because of the label: "Differentialsperre" (German) and it's spelled: "Differensialsperre" in Norwegian, and Audi 80 Quattro was a very popular model in Norway.

Kiedyś miałem takie audi 80 quattro z 1984 roku z silnikiem KK, później było z 1985 roku 90 b2 quattro z silnikiem KV. Pozdrawia Wrocław.
Tu fabrycznie też był KK i nawet można tym było bączka zakręcić z miejsca.
10v przepięknie brzmi uważam, że lepiej niż 20v ale by uzyskać 500 ps z 10v to już inne nakłady finansowe :/

Bardzo mocne to Audi
Dzieki. Miała byc 450 i wcześnie wstawać. Po cichu liczyłem na 5 z przodu patrząc po wykresach innych ludzi z tym turbo na ethanolu. A wyszło jak wyszło ;)

@@chupacabra8267 RS6 C8 с 600hp V8 4.0 250/280/305 опционально, а у этой 80ки 2.2 R5 раздули до 605hp, даже от RS2 и то там 310hp

@@p_filip8960 nie zna się. Kupił coupete 5s i myśli ze piękne na wtrysku.
Ponoć duuużo gratów ma, które nie są wliczane w kosztorys. No cóż może jakoś inaczej to punktują.
Natomiast jeśli chodzi o skracanie coupe i zostawianie szyby z coupe to nie wygląda to dobrze. Albo robimy to dobrze by wyglądał jak sport, albo nie skracamy i robimy urq czy A2 i to super wygląda. Wg mnie lepiej niż taki krótki pokraczny kundel.

It is all in the spec. Ecu is emu black. Turbo is bw efr 7163

@@Dredquattro Z tym że jest to oryginał i raczej chcem tak zostawić. Jaki koszt by zrobić 500Km w Tq 10v w niej siedzi chyba URquatro. Zegary elektroniczne.
@@wiochmenNie jak ma digitala to nie musi byc urQuattro. Urq musi ma turbo i poszerzone błotniki. Po tym poznac najłatwiej. Jednak obecnie bym to zostawił w oryginale, jeśli to faktycznie urq.

Mój szef miał taką (100-200 ok. 8s) i mówi, że tyle koni z 2.2 to ciągłe kopy w dupę gdzieś tam w końcu obrotomierza i ma tego dość.
Na obecnym B5 z VR6 emocji jest mniej, zaś przyśpieszenia więcej.
Wszystko kwestia na jakich gratach robione i jak wystrojone. Ja chciałem by to możliwie z dołu wstawało kosztem mocy. Zerknij na wykres jak to wstaje.

Szef uważa, że 2.2 dobrze się nadaje do uzyskania 450-500 komfortowych koni bez sporych przemian.
Niestety, nie mamy e85 w wolnym dostępie, jeździmy na 100 + wtrysk.
@@avtoVELOoperator ja praktycznie zawsze jeżdżę na 98/100 oktan. W zawodach nie startuję by lać etanol, ale chciałem mieć taką możliwość :)
Co do ciągłych kopów w dupę to też dużo zależy od wagi auta. Moc ta sama 200 kg różnicy i osiągi zupełnie inne.

I didnt have chance to check it but calculations of gearbox and tires gives me a 299 km/h.
But aerodynamics in audi b2 is like building of pentagon ;)

This was measure on pb 98 oktan it means it have only 500 ;)
Last week i measure it again and 7.68 with badly gear change 3/4 so 7.5 i think its easy to do :) of course on pb 98 ;)
