    Loved this combo of “double moves” targeting the same muscles - esp with pulses for more time under tension. Such a nice mix with the steady strength that STILL elevates the heart rate. Thanks for the encouragement to go heavier on the weights. I’ve seen so much strength gain using your workouts Heather, have never been this loyal to any other trainer or type of workout. 🙌🏼You’re incredible - thanks for all you do!! 👏🏼

      I agree! With strength gains, even with resistance bands. These are great to do at work while on my lunch break!

    Was SO hard to make sure that opposite hip was still parallel to the floor on those single leg deadlifts but so well worth the challenge. What a great way to start my 53rd year. Looking forward to a birthday workout on Tuesday. Woohoo, week 7, Team HR!

    I am 57 years old, have been an avid runner/marathoner since my early 20's and often skipped weight training. Bad idea! Second time working through this program. I am in the best shape of my life and feel amazing! Thank you Heather!

    Recovering from a pretty aggressive flu at the moment but finally felt strong enough to do a workout. Struggled my way through it & took longer.

    I had pain and noises coming from my hips bone... felt handicapped for certain exercises. Gone completely . Mobility and different lower body exercises ended up healing and strengh came back. Good! feel like a new lower body was born!! thank you!🥳🥳🥳

    Looking forward to this week! I was underpar last week so only partically completed each day. I will have to revisit last week at the end of the 12 weeks!! But this week will be different thankfully! Loving all the workouts! Feeling a difference in me for sure!

    Pushing through is a great way to describe Day 31. Whoo...the bodyweight pulses and jumps had me really pushing through. Jelly legs 🔥 Happy 1st April to anyone else that started this at a different time and a big thank you to Heather ❤

    I love that you get right to each exercise and just the background music, awesome selection btw. Sometimes hard to know if i am doing the exercise correctly, any suggestions about proper form?

    Heather, I'm loving the 4.0 programme, I'm a week behind due to illness, but it's so good! I've been following your programmes since 2.0 and have really enjoyed and progressed with all of them. For 4.0 I'm loving the 'live' aspect, and the mobility is amazing. And I've made so much progress with this one, have upped all of my weights. Feels so good🎉

    I think that the strength exercises are much more effective than these past week hiit whole body.. I am someone that has physical job, constantly going from one place to another walking all day.. and when it comes to cardio I become so lazy because all day Im doing cardio.. Thanks for the workout it was so good I love the selected workouts for different parts of the body..

    update: great workout ! loved the last half more than the first. cool down was too short. added extra stretches at the end.
