I had pain and noises coming from my hips bone... felt handicapped for certain exercises. Gone completely . Mobility and different lower body exercises ended up healing and strengh came back. Good! feel like a new lower body was born!! thank you!🥳🥳🥳

Heather, I'm loving the 4.0 programme, I'm a week behind due to illness, but it's so good! I've been following your programmes since 2.0 and have really enjoyed and progressed with all of them. For 4.0 I'm loving the 'live' aspect, and the mobility is amazing. And I've made so much progress with this one, have upped all of my weights. Feels so good🎉

I think that the strength exercises are much more effective than these past week hiit whole body.. I am someone that has physical job, constantly going from one place to another walking all day.. and when it comes to cardio I become so lazy because all day Im doing cardio.. Thanks for the workout it was so good I love the selected workouts for different parts of the body..

Recovering from a pretty aggressive flu at the moment but finally felt strong enough to do a workout. Struggled my way through it & took longer.
Wall seat is initially challenging. However, with power of mind over the body, it becomes extremely easy!
