Started yoga only 6 weeks ago. Having a lot of health issues that was causing tons of gas pain, upper back pain. Her videos have helped me tremendously! Almost every night I take 20 mins to myself and watch 1-2 of her videos. Her voice is so relaxing too!
i’ve been suffering from back pain for quite some time now, and my doctor recently prescribed yoga before bedtime in hopes that it would alleviate it. i tried several videos and none of them helped relieve the tension i felt. i would lie down and the pain would still be there. the night i found your video i clicked on it hoping, desperately, that it would work. immediately, i liked that the first couple movements targeted precisely what i wanted to release tension from. i found the pace and your voice soothing and calming. the twisting poses were marvelous, and when i laid down to do the leg exercises, i nearly cried with relief: it was the first time in months i had laid down without feeling any sort of pain. i’ve been coming back to this video several nights now, and my love for it only keeps growing. everything about it is truly sooooo relaxing. i love that you let enough time pass so that we can truly melt into the movements, and that you give several options so that we can do what feels right for us in the moment. knowing that i can do this at the end of the day brings me immense comfort. thank you, thank you, thank you.
The moment toward the end where you said to take this moment, you are worthy of this time and it’s here for you whenever you need genuinely made me cry 🥺 guess I needed to hear it ❤

This class was such a bliss! I felt relaxed from the very beginning of the practice and really loved the gentle movements. Also enjoyed the dynamic neck stretch movement! Thank you ❤

Took a trip to visit two national parks and did a lot of hiking over the past couple of days. Really needed this today to help relieve the tightness. Thank you!

Thank you so much for these videos! I work at a desk all day and that's not doing any favors for my back 😅 These allow me to shake out any tension I've accumulated throughout the day. 😄
I especially love that stretch at 4:00. Can you please share which muscle that is? It’s a troublesome area for me, I feel it more intensely to the side muscle that connects to the lower back. Also I find it more comfortable ‘without losing intensity of the the stretch’ if I bring back the same direction side arm back to the glutes (so right arm to right glute if stretching to right side). I could literally take a nap there. Thanks for sharing :)
