During that year, I got mentored on my business (costed me 3K at the time), shaved my head, saved 6K and went to Thaïland for 3 month to force myself to make some money, I did a fight there (all on my channel) and met some other people with a similar business. I came back in january 2023, with 1 CHF in my bank account. In february I've made 400, in march 1500 and in april it was around 6K. One year later, I'm 21 years old and I've made over 12'000 CHF in January, and looking forward to scaling it up better during the rest of the year. However, tbh I am one of those people who love to party, music events, go watch live sports etc and when did full monk mode I know it doesn't suit me, I like to be very social. Best way I've found to balance it is first develop the routine you're mentioning, 100% clean eating, Gym 5 days / week, work schedule, Cardio / Sports schedule etc. Take periods of 'Monk Mode' and work relentlessly. Then when its time to party fully enjoy it go hard, then take a reset day to get back into it. Personally I found this way much better than 'balance' maybe its my personality type but the idea of balance never made sense. Rather do things hard as fuck and get the most out of them. Been doing this since 18/19 and managed to ironically strike a nice balance of getting shit done, moving forward and enjoying social events, doing cool shit like festivals, visiting different cities, a lot of live sport etc I do think it can be dangerous for a young guy to miss out on socializing & friendships, of course at your age its minimal, but I don't think it has to be all or nothing. this is the most first man video in a while
Life changing advice when once u are actually following it for real
You r Hands down the best guy in business kris
Really loving these longer videos!
What an amazing video, found you just recently due to Hamza, what an amazing guy, you have an amazing mindset and I will incorporate the same in me. Really grateful for this video.
The video I’ve been waiting for. I’m 21 years old and have felt 45 since I was 9 years old
I can tell your maturity by ur profile pic
@@alexdontmatterlmao
@alexdontmatter Damn. I guess men can’t draw something and make it their profile picture
Thank you brother u save my life
Thank you for this video Kris! It's what the men on here needed to hear.
Discovered your channel recently.
Thank you for what you do.
That is all.
Another blessing from Kris
For so long in my life I’ve been living like a 18 year old for the last 8 years it only hit me in the last year of the mess that I’ve created in my life. All the shitty decisions I’ve made the amount of progress I’ve lost out on. Living at 40 as a 26 year that’s the best Fucking advice I’ve ever heard. Especially the part up about staying up late I literally don’t value my sleep because my perspective is so shitty doing fuck all. Thankyou Kris for your positive message. I’m taking this journey on in my RUclips channel please join me as I turn myself into the man
Great example of this is George Heaton - owner of Represent and clearly has a solid routine set in place. No wonder the company is so successful. Boring fundamentals aren’t flashy but they work👏
I agree, and Kris is one of the best guys out there with this type of advice. BUT, sometimes you just have to get this crap out of your system first to realise it. I was the guy who worked a dead end job, bought the flashy car, went on the lads holidays, chased the girls etc. It wasn't until I did all that I then realised it wasn't all it was cracked up to be and wanted something better. It takes unreal character and discipline to say no to it all from the outset.
This is it bro, ive always been called an old geezer since i was 20. Its just so obvious what you HAVE to do vs what the world WANTS you to do.
Been called a "square" because I'm basic boring and can be cheap 😂
@@Madchris8828 Now the same people are forced to be "basic" because they have kids already or their entire life is set back because of bad habit. Or having to be "cheap" now because they're drowning in debt. Meanwhile im sitting pretty. lololol if you follow the crowd you walk right off the cliff
@chartingwithliv this is without a doubt true. I do have two friends that do fine despite kids and seem to be happy but that's far from the majority.
yup, i know a few with the same. Im a man of probabilities and risk however so i just couldnt take the risk to assume it might pander that way for me. Wish you well my man and many successes in your future! @@Madchris8828
Real knowledge kris, been a great reality check to change your mindset like this 🔥
Im trying to become a 20 year old in my 40's lol
wow this video is a mandatory heat for young men
Started doing this Sep of 2023, already a year in ... can't wait to see how life looks like next year.
Well I do it the other way around, wake up 09:20 so the traffic is gone and work until late in the evening or beginning of the night and then go sleep 01:30.
Top 3 channels on YT for young men
@tomascondeuy TAILS (beautyisontheinside) and Hamza
Best 1M video ever made
The girl at uni observation is spot on I agree 100%, going out is for gay guys and women who wanna club.
Thank you for sharing your mindsets Kris !
Thanks for being a mentor to me.
Quality videos recently mate. Keep it up
Great course so much value for an affordable price
The goat was right about mbappe
Another banger, thanks Kris
Your masseter muscles are coming in nicee kris
Your take on Mbappe is WILD 😂
Such a great video man. Thank you
You’re wrong on Mbappe, he has the world at his feet and when he joins Madrid he’ll win the UCL. Besides that the video is really good.
4:09 "youth is wasted on the young"
This title is a very important part of the video to note down.
While 2021 redpillers are pushing atomic habits into trading/copywriting into Bugattis and rizzing up hoes, Kris is steadfast with his live like an old man propaganda. Goated content, cuz it’s the real world talking here.
Kris these videos remind me of Patrice o Neil’s black Phillip show. Have you ever thought about doing audience phone ins?
I am starting to believe I’m on my way to being 40 on my late 20s because I only have friends who are in their 40s that have realised life and we have a similar mindset, unlike most people 30s who are in their cocky egoistic phase just like rebellious phase on your teenage
Love the outfit Chris Stay Clean!
If you go to the gym in the morning you don't get sick if you don't eat straight after, actually I would say the opposite. I go in the early morning and don't eat until 1 or 2pm and it allows me to have achieve peak focus when working.

thank you for reaffirming my beliefs dude
Kylian Mbappe is not out here partying man, he is a legit star.
overall good message in the video
There’s no way this guy can watch his performance in the 2018 WC and ESPECIALLY the 2022 WC final and say he’s not going to make it
right that makes zero sense, he already made it twice.
and comparing him with Rashford, althought he did not do that directly, but just mentioning mbappe with other future bright talent is sacrilege.
dude already proved himself at this point@@RandomG
Yooo City fan eh , love to see it . City fan myself 🩵
Keep crackin at it
Sure. You can wake up at 6 am, but it’s not the only way to get things done. I work remotely and wake up at 8 30, immediately start working and finish by 2 pm. Then I train at my home gym. There is nothing fancy. Just a pull up bar, a dips bar, and some dumbbells.
My problem is just finding the productive things to do all day.. don’t have a business so not sure what extra to do besides the gym
get a job
I watch every single of video you upload repeatedly.
I just have one question, and the reason i'm asking is because i'm in the exact same situation, what if someone had a business and it went bust.
I'm 28 and it happened to me.
Starting from zero is not easy but i want to hear you thought about it because you always mention that we should have it together almost by that age.
I hope that you will read this comment.
Daniel Benisti
Do some stuff on investing and Fashion also ❤. Good work Kris 🎉.
Lmao being a City fan myself i was baffled by how Ruben Dias standards had dropped from like August to December, he was unreal in our quintuple 22/23 season . Adn then i read about his breakup with Arabella and he’s back to his best immediately by like mid jan , sucha stark difference!
Solid video 👍🏿

“Why dating 40 year old cougars will change your life”
😂😂😂
Marginal improvements, repetition, and patience can make anyone elite.
This is the type of advice people should be giving, not this whole nonsense about banging a shit ton of women and partying and buying super cars and whatever nonsense- good on you, this is stuff more young people actually need to hear and follow
