Hey Kris, I've been following your advices for a long, long time.
I'd say a few years, since 2022 when I was working in my 9-5.
During that year, I got mentored on my business (costed me 3K at the time), shaved my head, saved 6K and went to Thaïland for 3 month to force myself to make some money, I did a fight there (all on my channel) and met some other people with a similar business.
I came back in january 2023, with 1 CHF in my bank account.
In february I've made 400, in march 1500 and in april it was around 6K.
One year later, I'm 21 years old and I've made over 12'000 CHF in January, and looking forward to scaling it up better during the rest of the year.
You've been a huge inspiration, still looking at the videos you've made some years before about the male advantage.

This is the one. This is the video that helped me break through. Long story short I had no purpose, lost hope, gave up on my dreams. Classic midwest trope. And then you taught me about going to bed earlier and waking up earlier and they work hand and hand. It's not sorcery it's math, if you are just waking up right now, it isn't humanly possible to catch up to somebody who just put in a 5 hour day. No amount of dieting or self improvement will win that battle. And the other guy will always be asleep before you and awake before you all within the same 24-hour period. I owe you my life so keep selling stuff because I'll buy whatever it is with my newfound success. Thank you.

I'm glad I expedited that BS and started taking myself far more seriously around like 26 or 27. Started saving and investing in myself and just in general. Not where I want to be be but im alot further than many dudes my age. They comparison is the thief of joy, but I think some is warranted so you don't fall off completely and keep on a good path for yourself.

  • @CPSFC

100% agree Kris, the earlier these habits & routines are developed, the better.
However, tbh I am one of those people who love to party, music events, go watch live sports etc and when did full monk mode I know it doesn't suit me, I like to be very social.
Best way I've found to balance it is first develop the routine you're mentioning, 100% clean eating, Gym 5 days / week, work schedule, Cardio / Sports schedule etc.
Take periods of 'Monk Mode' and work relentlessly. Then when its time to party fully enjoy it go hard, then take a reset day to get back into it.
Personally I found this way much better than 'balance' maybe its my personality type but the idea of balance never made sense. Rather do things hard as fuck and get the most out of them.
Been doing this since 18/19 and managed to ironically strike a nice balance of getting shit done, moving forward and enjoying social events, doing cool shit like festivals, visiting different cities, a lot of live sport etc
I do think it can be dangerous for a young guy to miss out on socializing & friendships, of course at your age its minimal, but I don't think it has to be all or nothing. Like I agree sitting in your local pub every weekend gets boring fast, but there's other ways to socialize that make it worth it imo
the guys that fuck themselves usually are the ones partying multiple nights a week, no gym, daily drinking, hook up culture etc
    Just some food for thought

For so long in my life I’ve been living like a 18 year old for the last 8 years it only hit me in the last year of the mess that I’ve created in my life. All the shitty decisions I’ve made the amount of progress I’ve lost out on. Living at 40 as a 26 year that’s the best Fucking advice I’ve ever heard. Especially the part up about staying up late I literally don’t value my sleep because my perspective is so shitty doing fuck all. Thankyou Kris for your positive message. I’m taking this journey on in my RUclips channel please join me as I turn myself into the man

19 for context-The problem with this idea I think is this:
Yes, you can overcome your desires to go out party and just focus and what you need to but is that what you and Hamza did in the when you were younger ? The way you both describe it is that you were both into this party lifestyle then decided to change? Almost as if you have to go through this phase, get bored of it, in order to progress into the focus on work phase.
A lot of young people want to go out to feel connected to people and to get girls and it’s such a primal desire that the only way I see someone resisting going through that phase is if they have good experience with meditation or a very strong will that they’re lucky to have because of their upbringing(strong father figure etc)
And of course now that both of you look back you say “I wish I had just ignored that and started earlier” but how does one reprogram their brain to not want the childish things?
    Thoughts would be appreciated

I watch every single of video you upload repeatedly.
I just have one question, and the reason i'm asking is because i'm in the exact same situation, what if someone had a business and it went bust.
I'm 28 and it happened to me.
Starting from zero is not easy but i want to hear you thought about it because you always mention that we should have it together almost by that age.
I hope that you will read this comment.

Sure. You can wake up at 6 am, but it’s not the only way to get things done. I work remotely and wake up at 8 30, immediately start working and finish by 2 pm. Then I train at my home gym. There is nothing fancy. Just a pull up bar, a dips bar, and some dumbbells.

Assuming the 28 year old referenced is Hamza.. He's done a world class job of rehashing the 30 most popular self-help books in video format, as a means to make bank. He also has one of the most underrated business advantages of all time, which is racially avoided due to political correctness - he's brown and his target audience (teenage muslims) are PERFECT for "masculinity" content, since their culture is historically very conservative and favors men over women.. Andrew Tate's discord absolutely RAN that target audience for hundreds of millions.. Sneako was viewed as a joke in this space until he "converted" to islam, started talking down on women, and appealed to the "top g" target audience. Can't fault them for exposing such a prime niche. $250K per month for plagiarizing best selling authors is INCREDIBLE, especially as a 28 year old kid. Hats off
