One of the best advice that young folks can grasp. The best video I watched recently It hitted me like a train when you said that overthinking is the biggest killer of man...
this video is really good. the advice is amazing. if you was to actually stop and listen instead of consuming 10 videos per day, and watched this one and really put the advice to use you would make so much more progress in your next few years and life in general if you kept living with these tenants in play. great video!
Hi Kris, this video is quite fanstatic, I have listen to the end, although some of the begining are quite challengening. But at the end it encourage me a lot. You're like my uncle's vibe, but with more compassion, life knowledgement and not to much aggressive toward me
Facts, you only did good things and being very transparent. I think thats the problem, people just so program to think that everyone in this space out here to get them on something.
Loved the video. Hey Kris, you talked about presenting yourself to the world in the best possible way. The previous video talked about living frugal and saving as much money as possible. Since taking care of yourself (being well groomed, well dressed, having a skincare routine, etc) is usually expensive, how am I supposed to save the money? Lately I’ve been sacrificing that type of stuff so that I can save more money, not sure if I’m doing the right thing.

I disagree with the 1st rule to a degree. Yeah you shouldn't be telling everyone your problems but finding at least one person to confide in and vent helps a lot. Just isolating yourself and not getting help doesn't sound like a good idea to me. No wonder there's a men's crisis

Complaining can be defined as presenting a problem without any solution and a man does not complain . Legendary words dude .

Great backdrop and lighting, it shocks me that content quality is so far removed from viewership. You deserve all the praise 1stMan.
I can see that quality is really improving as time pass. Good job Chris!

Loving this 2021 1stman energy ❤️🔥

This is the content I needed :)

wise words man
Yeah I don’t know why this is such a popular talking point. If anything men need to be more open about our problems.
Yea I agree with u, I've been in that really dark place in the middle of winter it got so bad cuz I bottled it up for so long.
great lighting btw
In this for the long game. Proud to be in 1MI.
Overthinking is dangerously underrated
Banger Kris!!
Bars. "You are your own parent"

Hamzas audience is for school kids tho..
Hamza knows f all about masculinity - acts like a girl & has lived no life, Kris is an actual adult that people can learn from
Yep 1st man is washed asf 😂
Hamza fell of, Kris didn’t. If someones skool revenue falls by 60+% you know something is terribly wrong

Rule number 1: never listen to anyone telling you how to be masculine.
Masculinity needs a definition though or else it doesn‘t mean anything
You’re a public subscriber to a channel telling you how to be masculine.🤣🤦🏼♀️
