He's nailed it with the chewing. For anyone reading, I want to highlight that masseter muscle growth really comes from chewing these devices with your front teeth. Not the molars. This is how you get a wider lower third. A wider lower third with lower body fat % is how you get hollow cheeks. Unlike your cheekbones, you can actually grow your lower third which is life changing for some people.

    • @Draak_Lincoln

so if i can get sometimhing i can chew with my front teeth, i’ll get wider lower third and the hollow cheek effect? Can it make your face look less long?

    • @DaltonRosee

@@Draak_Lincoln symetrically speaking yes, if your face is already longer looking. It will widen your face if you focus on just chewing on the front section of the mouth (like he does in the video here)
another benefit of having larger masitors is that it pulls the skin more, and skin is elastic, so it will make your face have a more "hollow cheek" look. its sort of like how a tent works, where the support parts of the tent are your muscles cheek bones and your skin is the tent material.
With more tension from the supports, it pulls the material more. And because skin is elastic, it gives a sunken in look.

The part that you described about creating an “optimal character” rather than a hypermasculine character for life is spot on. I live in Asia and that hypermasculine “The Rock” sort of look wouldn’t necessarily work too well. I’ve found that rocking a more Korean pop sort of look whilst being in good shape and 10% body fat works the best. Again it’s not exactly hypermasculine the same way Kris frames himself but it is ‘optimal’ for my environment, and the underlying principles are the same.

Kris could put a before photo with the same face expression to actually "prove" his claims, but nah. The thumbnail is like those "body transformations" photos that are just 5 min apart.
In any case, he for sure has changed for the better aesthetically. The old videos are proof of that.

Exactly the pictures he chooses don’t do it justice because it’s not a fair comparison, but only old followers can see the difference in his face based on the old videos. It’s not convincing to new people though

A comment from 2 years ago. Something like you kept grinding and building a Gym business. Getting back into dating and facing rejection and learning from rejection. I need your perspective.
Can you tell me about it your current relationship or dating life and if height is holding you back?

@@OxenGazelle 2023 was probably my worst year in regards to self improvement. It was definitely a “degenerate” year. 😂 Short version : I lost focus.
2024 was a bounce back year. I have done so much better in all aspects of my life. And truth be told, dating was the easiest to do out of all the things from self improvement .
I got the dating part locked down. It really isn’t a big deal to approach, to vibe , to romance, etc. It’s tougher to sacrifice time and money to build for a better future.
