I loved your shape, your style!! I'm not one to change coaches much, when I like someone, I stay with them! but something attracted me to your shorts! So I tried this video today, and I really loved it! I realized halfway through the video that I was very focused, something that doesn't happen much to me in other videos... and I realized that there was no music! maybe that was it! It may be that you don't speak as much as other teachers, only what is necessary. You Don't overload with information! The sound of your voice is not as strong as others... which sometimes exhaust me from so much music, words and how loud they are heard. So, thank you from the bottom of my heart and I congratulate you for your work.
I'm so glad you enjoyed! I definitely have more talky classes and usually my yin has music but I keep it pretty focused. Sometimes we just need some space to be in the pose and focus on the breath - I know I do!

Awesome yoga stretch! Definitely love the vinyasa and power flows but will definitely need to check out your videos on flexibility as I am way too tight! But overall feel energized and not terribly nauseous anymore!

wow amazing class. I'm curious, do you do any other form of exercise than yoga? I can't imagine you being so strong from yoga alone. I would love to know if you supplement, as I'm trying to build a sustainable programme for myself and prefer to get advice from people I align with.
100% I do go to the gym and stretch train. Not super intensely but about 4 days a week for 30 min sessions. I try do to pretty heavy weight to build muscle and tone. I work out my core everyday at home - just a simple 10 min core routine - there are some on my channel if you search. I agree that in order to get very toned or more sculpted muscle, weight has to be involved - for me at least. Does this help?

I can't do that three legged do , its been a year doing yoga , not everyday but i do 15 to 20 sessions a month and the only thing i can do is touch my legs while doing butterfly pose
