I'm so impressed with your methodology and how consistent you are! It's amazing that you come up with such great fabric and pattern pairings using almost exclusively thrifted fabric! Such pretty plans!
Thanks for including the line drawings of the models. I'm also thinking of making the top 107 in a floral cotton definitely cottagecore vibes 😊❤😊 I'm glad I'm not the only one who gets lost tracing the pattern sometimes. I end up going off on a different line for a different pattern completely 😅
Hello Carly, I took inspiration from you and had sewing intense weekend, but not using Feb or March yet. Agree with you on fills, the shirt dress with flutter sleeves & jumpsuit are in my to trace soon list. I think your pillowcase blouse will be really cute. Agree with you, swap out ties for button closure, this is also on my make, but not as up-cycle creative as you. The 60’s mod dress is all about structure emphasised by belt and banding, will be curious how your dress looks. Several of my cool English Aunties are in family photos wearing those ‘futuristic’ really defined shapes. Could not tell how structured vs drape your fabric is. Good on you for trying wide range of styles…. only swap I’d make from your choice is the Peter Pan collar for the mod dress, but not sure yet. Thanks for your cheerfulness in still deep winter (Sweden) and ideas to get us using our Burda’s more. PS work about to get intense so not ready to commit to sew along yet, but vote shirt dress or cute blouse Best, Samantha

Great plans and fabrics. Thinking of sewing the jumpsuit so a sew along would be great
Using the yellow roses in top 107 is going to look awesome! great re-use of fabric
I hope it is enough fabric

You are so welcome! There is a CameliasSewingChannel or Saturday Night Stitch that both feature lots of Burda content!

What about a midi instead of maxi in the black crepe🤔
