What a beautiful round up of fall makes! You nailed it on that last dress! I adore everything about the half circle skirt! Ilove the hemline! The dress is perfect on you!
Also, whatever you have to, to stay creative. Finished makes videos are the best! We're here for you whenever you post. A lot of sewists that I watch get worried about video schedules, which I don't think you all should. You can't be expected to create on demand, especially while living life! Enjoy your process and your sewing! ❤

Thank you so much for your kind words! I love to share my makes here but sometimes when the creative juices are flowing I get carried away. It makes for a fun sew and tell though!

I love watching your videos and seeing all of your makes. Great job! For the itchy seams you could try seam binding or even a satin or petersham ribbon.

Very nice collection, Carly. I really love the jacket, skirt and blouse combination. Gray is one of my favorite Fall combo. Great fit on all of them, as well! Thanks for sharing😊

I agree with Juliar, put a bias binding on the seams. I did that on a organza blouse, and it was not itchy after. Beautiful makes!

I’m going to try it! Thanks!

Everyone of these is a hit for me. Great pairing for fabric with pattern.

Every single piece in this collection was awesome! For the lace and crushed velvet top, I'd try bias binding for the arm hole to over up the seam to reduce the itching, it's too lovely not to wear! Great makes!

Put bias binding around the shoulder seams and arm seams from the lacey shirt. Gorgeous makes 🤩🤩🤩

For the itchy seams, you could serge the seam allowances with wooly nylon in the loopers. Great makes this month.

Hi Carly! I love the lace shirt, I believe a little bit of the bias tape could help there. And the last dress is just gorgeous but of course all of your makes are beautiful:) about the zips - I usually buy them online from aliexpress etc. I got a set of long invisible zippers in 15 ransom colors and paid definitely less than 5$ for the whole set. And since they’re invisible they don’t have to be like exactly the fabric color. I got a bunch of black ones too and never had any problems with them :)

I’m going to look there for zippers!! Binding is a great idea!

Another term to look up for finishing the seams is rayon seam binding.

Everything looks great... I've been finding alot of notions at estate sales that advertise sewing items.
