@@blue_bird_2485 Amy's voice actor only changed the once for Shuffle from Taeko Kawata to Emi Motoi, due to Taeko being on maternity leave only to return for Adventure 2 and it's been her since.
Tails however has had three voice actors
Kazuki Hayashi for Adventure
Atsuki Murata for Shuffle and Adventure 2
Then Ryō Hirohashi came along and she's been voicing him since the Sonic X anime which began airing in Japan in April 2003, a just before Heroes came out on the 30th of December.
I'm so thankful Kirk Thornton has improved his Shadow voice.

These voice actors are all great. I was very impressed with Kirk Thornton's performance as Shadow, he really had improved himself given time with more lines to voice. He already voices very well as Orbot.
Kirk Thornton is at his best as Shadow the Hedgehog. He was a tad off in previous games, though this time around he sounds much better
Shaun N Ince Been a fan of Thornton ever since he played Jade Curtiss in Tales of the Abyss, I knew he could do it.

Anyone else play the entire thing in Japanese? It's freakin awesome. First time I've done that with a Sonic game and it makes all the difference. So much better, overall more fitting imo and even the minute deliveries hit home much more often. Which is understandable since these guys have been doing these characters since Sonic Adventure 1/2 (and the games he other characters forst appeared in).

I’m glad they got his voice similar to how it was in Sonic Heroes, (might have been like that in Adventure too but I’ve never played that) in Sonic the Hedgehog for PS3/360 his voice was awful.
I prefer his first voice just because of how funny the actor's name is. As far as the acting itself goes, all of his voices have been fairly comparable.
Kanemaru deserves so much respect.
He's held his role as Sonic for more than two decades now. And he hasn't changed one bit.

In the japanese version silver is voiced by jotaro, vector by avdol and cubot by okuyasu

Quinton Flynn is my new favorite Silver. Kirk has also vastly improved as Shadow. Travis is the perfect choice for Knuckles and Zavok. And of course, Mike Pollock as Eggman is amazing.

So Jotaro was a telekinetic white hedgehog while Avdol became a crocodile in charge of a detective agency. Sounds legit. Meanwhile, Okuyasu was a robot for a bit.

Same,Griffith and Thorton were my favorite actors of Shadow but Craig Smith and Drummond were my favorite actors for Sonic.

Come to think of it, I think you're on to something. Whoever voiced Link does have the same voice tone of the male Avatar in japanese. I listened to his voice clips and either Mitsuki Saiga, Akira Sasanuma, or Takashi Ohara got the closest one.
