  • 5 AIP Chicken Marinades - prep 5 nights' worth of meals for the Autoimmune Protocol in less than 30 minutes (and you can still do this when you're feeling really tired or sick)
In this video, I show you how to put together 5 packets of chicken with different marinades - a Lemon Ginger, Cilantro Lime, Italian, Honey Garlic, and Greek marinade. You can then either eat one of these for dinner tonight or freeze for a later time and then grill or cook in the oven.
I use commonly found dried spices, oils, etc so that this process is easy every step of the way.
You can find the full written recipes at: thrivingautoimmune.com/5-aip-...

Love the recipes!, I’m in love with the “honey garlic marinade it taste like a teriyaki sauce ” i want to put it on everything lol, I have to be careful it doesn’t catch on fire on the bbq, so I’ve been seasoning the meat then BBQing the chicken thighs or pork chops ribs then pouring it on afterwards. For years when I cook on the weekends I cook huge meals so I have food for the week. Love all the ideas! ❤

Made a few of these up. Cooked a couple in the Instant Pot. The Greek chicken is AMAZING! Thank you again for the recipes.

I may even see if I can figure out how to do them in my instant pot without diluting the flavor.

@@jeng9975 yeah, some of them, like the Honey Garlic one would be good in the IP. You need to add some sort of liquid (could just be water or stock) for the other ones to make up at least 1 cup, but it definitely can be done.

Thank you so much for all the videos you have provided! It is hard to follow AIP when living a busy life, your videos make everything so much easier. More recipe videos please :) Do you have any new instant pot recipes or slow cooker recipes you'd like to share? Xo

Thanks for the recipes. I used to do this b4 AIP but had n't taken the time to find new recipes. Just FYI if you are only cooking for one you can easily do this with one chicken breast or you can also chop up your chicken weigh it out 4 to 6 oz then marinate and freeze. I actually prefer it chopped up because then I can throw it in frozen with some vegetables and stir fry it in about 5 minutes.

Thank you, Michele. Hope you’re feeling better. Do you know of any AIP subs for coconut aminos? I’m allergic to coconut as I’m finding out. All tropical fruits, apparently.

If you can tolerate the ingredients in this, just remove the black pepper: meljoulwan.com/2014/03/01/substitute-soy-sauce-coconut-aminos/ . I've made this and frozen it before in ice cube trays and it's come out just fine when thawed, so that's how I get around the short amount of time it's good in the fridge.(You can then just throw 2-3 ice cubes into this marinade recipe without having to thaw in between too - like just throw the ice cubes into the bag and put back in the freezer)
