It makes me very happy the difference between before and after my recovery from my ed. I used to look for these type of recipes and said "500 calories? That's a lot!" and now it's "500? wow, that's too few!"

One I’ve been doing a lot lately is egg beater omelets with peppers, spinich, fat free cheese, and ham. Super low cal and high protein I love it

I have the same mentality about carbs! Also, I find myself being a volume eater, so when I crave pizza, I'll make "pizza bites" that are really just mushroom caps stuffed with a mix of italian spices, chopped pepperoni and moz cheese. when it's done, pizza sauce for dipping!
This recipe just put me over the edge. I've enjoyed your videos but really haven't tried anything yet I'm ready today's the day I start.

Great recipe, as usual! One low-calorie recipe I like is a frittata made with eggs (or egg whites), sautéed peppers & onions & mushrooms, and crumbled blue cheese, baked in the oven or air fryer.

I just bought an air fryer because of you lol 😝 my fave low cal recipe is my egg whites, pepper & onions(or another veggie), minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, and goat cheese 🤤 very filling and my breakfast everyday!

This sounds so bias but so far THE best low calorie meal I’ve ever seen and had is your pita pizzas hands down. I LOVE crispy bar style pizza and not only does your recipe deliver on taste and crunch, it’s also only 228 some odd calories at 22g protein EACH!! Which means I can eat 2 of them!! I think that’s the part that gets me the most excited 🤣
Not sure if I can pick just one, but favorite as of late has been egg roll in a bowl using cauliflower rice, cabbage, bell peppers, liquid aminos, egg whites, and some ground meat (usually 93/7 beef). I eat it several times a week.

A low cal recipe I’ve been super fixated on lately is super anabolic pizza that I make - I use egg whites and unflavored whey protein and baking powder (plus garlic and parsley) to make a pizza crust in a skillet, once I flip it (it’s like a big pancake) I add tomato sauce and seasonings, and reduced fat mozzarella and a few pieces of turkey pepperoni. It’s so good and the macros are fyreeee
I've been making breakfast burritos with Joseph Lavash. 6 egg whites, Canadian bacon, and 2 slices of ff American cheese. Add chalula as needed. Anabolic French toast is tried and true and I made quesadillas with ff cheddar and lavash. But I think I'm gonna make this now.

One of my favorite breakfast meals is an egg white scramble with spinach, cherry tomatoes, baby Bella shrooms, part skim Cheddar and a whole wheat English muffin.
Protein cake for sure my favorite especially when you mix in a chopped up Oreo and peanut butter drizzle on top 🔥
I use a low carb tortilla and have my potatoes too. But i like the idea of an egg white tortilla/wrap.

@@MrManiek125 mix protein powder and reg pancake mix, there’s keto pancake mixes that are almond flour based too if ya can’t have the carbs. Otherwise jay cutler got a vid on the oats ones. Honestly the pancake mix and protein powder the best in my opinion

My fav low calorie dessert is fro-woah. I use some protein cookie butter and make a delicious and filling bowl of “ice cream.” Totally hits the spot and super low calorie with some protein too!
super low kcal salad, with greek yoghurt dressing and a bunch of toppings is always nice. sometimes i stuff it into a pita if i got enough carbs left 😎

Cauliflower creme with air fryed chicken!!! No tricks or anything taste great!!!! Boil cauliflower and garlicky until really soft ( 30 min or 2 hours if using cauliflower stalks) blend it and add if u desire more creamy some xantham gum. Add salt pepper and done. Add ons if allowed in macros
- starch or a roux instead of xantham
- turkey bacon
- roast the cauliflower add liquid smoke and smoked paprika
- boil the cauliflower in chicken stock
- tortilla crisps on top with sour cream etc etc....

Just made the quesadilla. It was so delicious.
I don’t have a low cal meal I love. But I’m going to do this recipe and add Turkey pepperoni!
You can do a pizza frittata with egg whites & turkey pepperoni. I throw a serving of peppers in a pan with a serving of turkey pepperoni, fill it with 2 cups of egg whites and season it with pepper, salt, garlic & parmesan seasoning. Bake for 15 minutes @ 425 and pull out to top it with fat free mozzarella then bake another 5 minutes until the edges become crispy. Add about 2-4 tablespoons of a sugar free tomato sauce. I think its around 400 calories all in all depending on how many grams of egg whites I end up using.

Egg white grilled cheese is my go to lately
184g egg whites with everything bagel seasoning
2 pieces of 70 cal bread
2 slices of fat free American or cheddar cheese
(Optional) 2 slices of turkey bacon
300cal
32protein
34carb
2fat
Cook egg whites in pan with everything bagel seasoning fold into shape of bread and set aside
Pam spray on bottom of bread add 1 slice of cheese add egg white patty other slice of cheese and bread more pam spray and keep flipping until golden brown and melty
My go to is anabolic French toast from my man Greg Doucette and Remington James. I also bought all your cookie butters and love them all. Ill def be making this tonight! 🤪

I make “pesto” with canned beets/beet juice, basil, sometimes kale or spinach, and I put it on 0 noodles or banza pasta with chicken! Add cheese or olive oil if you have the macros 😋

Grilled cheese but instead of butter use a tablespoon of light Mayo on the outside of each slice of bread, use low fat cheese or extra thin sliced for 45 cals and use Sara Lee delightful 45 cal bread.

• Make 2 and cut them in half and eat with marinara for like sub 500 cals

Ok so, it isn´t EXTREMELY low cal, but I love a ¨cheescake bowl¨. I grab about 3/4 cup of low cal (can be 0% if you want) blueberry-flavored greek yogurt, fresh or frozen blueberries and (my secret) I crush one whole wheat toast into big crumbs, on top. Make sure the toast has a good flavor, because there are different kinds of them.
I think it could be turned into anabolic ice cream with the right ingredients, but I work just with what I have atm.
