Thanks for the video. Did you remove the plastic film on the black portion of the badge before you painted? Also, have you noticed any darkening or peeling from the enviroment. I upgraded my SXL badge as well. After a year the blue color of my badge continued to get dark until I painted and clear coated them to rematch my color. And after another year that paint is starting to peel as well. I did notice you live up north and I'm in Phoenix and the sun may have a lot to do with the darkening. I'm curious to see how these badges are holding up.
amazing bro this is exactly what i was waiting for, thankyou!!! Can't wait to see you install them!
Nice work, really sharp. 👏🏼

Thx for the mod ideas
Don't they sell badges that are already blacked out?
I think they do but they have more of a matte finish, I wanted mine to be more black chrome than matte.
I have the 2019 lxs an anytime i see these emblems it says they don't fit my car. Any idea on place to get them?
I got mine for the k5optima store, link in the description. Make sure to select 2019 forte in the options. Mine fit perfectly!
@@KiaForteMods awesome can't wait to see em on thinking about the red ones for my car
Love these vids, i have a 2019 forte lxs
I appreciate the support! Thank you for watching
Bro do a rolls Royce headliner diy with the car, it’ll look sick !
I don’t like those badges, you’re constantly going to be asked what kind of car is that, not descriptive enough.
That’s the point imo 🤣
