I bought the samsung tab s9+ and its awesome....plays gamecube and dreamcast plays well and ps2 and mame flawess and all 8 bit and 16 bit.....

You aren't using the case/stand correctly. There is a small pop-out on the camera side of the case, it's easy to miss at first.

Is the agm pad 2 waterproof and have ip69 rating?

They aren't. Claiming waterproof with this one so no. Not sure on ip69 rating I'll check
