It's what I'm learning since the lockdown in Italy. Find yourself, be happy with the ordinary life, establish a good and healthy lifestyle, try to support other people. Thank you.
This encourages me to go on and become a better person.

You make it all too simple. I've watched the trials of those I love and sometimes happiness isn't possilbe. Someone dies, life becomes cruel, you are victimized.... I don't believe in happiness, although I usually am happy. I strive for peace and contentment, knowing often they will not be possible. I love. I help hold the pain of others so they can find peace and contentment. God bless.

1:58 "They don't comparte themselves to others" this is a good point. In order to improve ourselves, we just have to understand ourselves. Meet yourself, know what you are. Know your good and bad points and then start to improve the good things you have and to make a plan to decrease your mistakes with comprehension
and persistance. Know what you like, know your abilities, know what you have and where you are, know what you want and then align your actions in order to be the person you've always liked to be. Start right now and keep improving with hope, constancy and wisdom. If you fall, forgive yourself (and forgive those persons that made you fall, if that's the case) stand up as fast as you can and keep improving.
Remind that we all look for love, happiness and peace. So, love the others as much as you love yourself (remind to love yourself), love what you do (or look for doing something that you love to do), and then you'll find, as well, happiness and peace. Start today! this life is for loving and being happy loving (Pure love, not loving bad things that could hurt you. Remind that God is the source of pure love, healing, happiness and peace. And what God wants for us is to love each others. Look for God! That's the life!)

“We don’t see things as they are, we see things as WE are.” Ever since I first heard this, my personal happiness has increased exponentially. It’s helped me understand my own reactions and motivations, as well as those of others around me. As someone with codependent tendencies, this ability to distance myself from gut reactions has been life changing.

HAPPINESS is connected with HABITS ... in effect, it’s not an end goal, it’s more about how we journey each day.
Hmmm, perhaps, when America’s founding fathers (& mothers) penned the Constitution wth “the pursuit of happiness”, many of us today misunderstand as something attained by monetary wealth & materialistic acquisitions. Instead, it make more a sense of pursuing healthy living conditions, peace and enlightenment?
Actions speak louder than words .. so what we need to do is just choose habitual activities for the pathway of contentment.
    Love ❤️ &
    Peace ✌️

Good one! Like most of your videos.
But, this is only at a certain level. Here are 7 steps or levels to ultimate happiness! We have to move through these levels. Can be instantaneous, can take years of practice for some. But important is to know and undertake the journey:
    1) I'll be happy by acquiring things
    2) I'm happy in doing things (journey becomes important, not the goal)
    3) I'm happy in giving/sharing
    4) I'm happy by habit. I find happiness/positivity in everything. (Your video)
    5) I find happiness within. I.e., being happy without a thing! Not dependent on outside things for my happiness!
    6) I am happy! That is, happiness is my state of mind. Adverse circumstances have less impact on my happiness. I can go back to my happy state of mind quickly.
    7) The ultimate: I am 'Happiness'!
Even the idea of I'm happy, I'm looking for happiness, inside/outside doesn't make sense here! I'm that happiness! I've been searching for myself, how delusional was I!
    # This is to be realised, not acquired, built,or developed or created! I'm that!

alright.....i just dont agree with this list. I am happy everyday. I constantly daydream ideas and work on those ideas. I'm active physically, mentally, and spiritually. I was kind of iffy on the first few, but "they engage the world with kindness" is just silly. I treat being with respect, but kindness? hell no. I cant stand people, I say out loud at least 20 times a day that i hate people. Yet i am happy all the time. Im not going to finish the video but im sure its flawed. edit: okay i saw someone below posted all 10. I agree with the rest except for the "they maintain active friendships"....lol guys the sooner you realize you came into this world alone and you will leave alone, the happier you will be. friends do not exist. Now i know all you clowns will say that i havent found the right friends yet...hehe.....i have and i went through them and saw them for what they really are. You will too. if you dont believe me set up some "tricks" to see how they react. ask for money, time, effort that you dont really need and see how they respond. be careful here though, some of these people love to give money, or time, or effort but hate to do other things. find that thing they hate to do and ask them to do it, repeatedly. lol, you will find out real quick who that person really is.

    why happiness isnt a choice?

    • @VigilTheProtogen
      @VigilTheProtogen 4 года назад

In this video the narrator says a choice is a decision in a single moment in time, ex. telling yourself for a small period of time "I will be a happy person." Meanwhile habits are defined as not only making that choice, but following through on whatever promises you make to yourself, ex. always keeping an eye out for your attitude so that when you realize you are unhappy, you choose to physically list things that you appreciate in your life and are grateful for, which can take your mind off of your emotions and encourage you to be satisfied with your current situation.
