Wise words. I cry all the time. I'm the most emotional person I know. Cry when I'm happy, frustrated, angry, upset. Lol. But it's such a good release. I'm thankful for tears as they come. People have called me over emotional many times. Seems like they're the one with an issue, not me. Lol. Anyhow. This was important for someone to hear I'm sure. Love to you Conor. ❤️

Feeling our feelings is what I consider soul retrieval type work. Returning to the places we fragmented, holding all parts of ourselves, and loving ourselves. We call ourselves back home. We cultivate more safety and spaciousness in our spirit. Expanding through self awareness.

Thank you for being a role model to the collective masculine. I am grateful to see men feeling their feelings and doing the work.

I absolutely love every word of this. All the words you used: submit, release, vulnerability. I love hearting those, especially from men. It’s such an important aspect for all of us to explore. Thanks Conor.

Wow Conor I really needed to hear this. One thing I struggle with is when my crying triggers fear, anger or anxiety in those around me which it seems to do so it makes me resist the crying so I don't upset those around me. One reaction I struggle to deal with is anger which I understand is rooted in a deep fear of expressing emotion with tears from one person close to me specifically. It's so upsetting to see that reaction. Even though I understand they struggle in this realm it causes resentment and upset in me because it can feel stifling to shove my tears down to try to save that person from being triggered. I mean, sometimes I just can't hold it back and we go through this cycle where I cry, they react with anxiety or fear, then it takes them half a day to a day to regulate themselves to then offer me comfort or compassion. It's frustrating.

I just had some good cries the last few days after feeling like I needed a cry for, gosh, weeks. I wish I cried more. Thanks for the gentle encouragement.

IMO without Brittany you seem like more your own person now.
And you don't look as lost as you used to.
    Have a terrific day!

It's beautiful what massive growth being in an intimate relationship with each other caused for both Conor and Brittany. It's awesome that they have shared the vulnerability of their journey and experience together and individually with us. I love how they are both thriving ❤

It's important to allow ourselves to feel emotions, and we can do this in a safe way. That control and freedom isn't always contradictory, and it's so important to help our children learn to navigate through. Strength!!

That’s why it’s important to let our children cry too…In our supportive arms Ofcourse (providing all their needs are met).

How do we learn to submit to crying again when we have struggled to cry for a while?

Sometimes you just need a good cry. I was always brought up by my parents to be "tough" and to "man up" when things got hard or just too much to deal with but thankfully I had other people in my life the most impactful being my Aunt. The one person I could always turn to that steered me in the right direction and even when I strayed off the path I was going on encouraged me to keep going forward and that any bump in the path was not a divergence from the path I was on or wanted to be going down but just another step. One I didn't see coming and wasn't prepared for. That's life, it's hard but also when you are truly in touch with your emotions and open to your feelings as long as you are not hurting anyone (that includes yourself!) there are no wrong paths. She was the first person that told me it was alright to cry. I've cried a lot since she passed. Hell it could be a crappy anime that happens to have an emotional scene that resonates with me or just hearing a piece of music. Sometimes it just sneaks up on you and sometimes you just have to let is out. The best thing to do though is not just sit with it and let the emotion overwhelm you. Feel it, identify it find out where inside of you these feelings are coming from. You might not get the answers you need/want straight away but getting to know who you are, what you want...that's where the progress is made. Sorry for the long rambling post but I've watched this video a few times now over the past few months after I've had a good un' and just wanted to express my thanks Conor. The videos on this channel have been so informative and even if not touching on my particular circumstances have given me an avenue to experience the emotions and feeling that come from being in such a relationship dynamic. I'll leave it there but for anyone that reads this your feelings matter. You matter and yeah, screw what Dad or the "powers that be" say. Sometimes you just need a good cry. X

This is interesting but like how do you guys make time for God? It seems like idoltary because so many branched but also you guys dare to love which is also awesome. Im a Hare Krishna and Krishna is polygamous but it is a secret of reality the beautiful.
Me myself have suffered much just at the thought of polygamy when i told my husband a fantasy of seeing him with other women and he took it literally and really tried to invite other women into our bed and i freaked out and my heart got broke and i cannot reconcile its like our marriage isn't real because the lack of trust and i just wanted him to pass the test and say... "no honey your the only girl for me", but that illusion was alreeady blown because of the western culture of sleeping around and taking sex so. Casually like a game.
But what if sex is meeant to be so sacred that we actually should not have partaken . Because it leads to death and the wages of sin is death.
I think abt this subject all the time.
But ppl are naturally envious and they dont like seeing Krishna have all the goddessees and i think ppl are racist against his skintone.
But God He owns us all He is actuality is the only enjoyer and male.
And that to me is gangster
