Fighting Divine Dragon, then mini bosses on NG+1 - Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice - Episode 73

Why is it not possible to just tell a really sad story to get the Divine Dragon to cry? I think if somebody stabbed me in the face, I too would shed some tears. I hope my sad story didn't make some of you cry, I know how absolutely devastating and truly heart rending that story was. As for the mini bosses, I went back to Ashina Castle post-dragon and decided to go fight the mini bosses. One was high risk and failed the first attempt, the other was just simply because I didn't like him.
