I need this done, so I looked this up.
Normally, I'm recklessly curious, and thought I would love to watch this done on myself.
After watching this... nope. Will not be able to watch.
Glad I know what will happen though! Very informative!
Just got this done on Monday, really hoping this solves it
Great video! Do you release the entire 1st DC and if so what keeps the tendons from bow stringing?
I need this . I’ve been having this problem since 2012 it was bearable and now just last week my wrist area by my thumb always gets swollen . Now my thumb is getting hard to move and my forearms ache ! 😭
I'm going to perform this surgery tomorrow. However I prefer a longitudinal incision.
How id there no blood?
Is it normal to have bicep pain ? i had an injury in March of 2021 and have had 2 injections , now i have been told i need a Dequervain Release procedure . Will the procedure help with bicep pain?
Bicep pain is not related to DeQuervain's (on it's own). Do you also have pain or tingling near your wrist? Grab on your thumb with the rest of the fingers of your arm and pull it towards the floor. Does that hurt?
Why are gloves not being used?
There is… just tightly fit gloves which are appearing translucent.
Nice
I'm getting mine done tomorrow. I'm shitting myself☹️
I had it done on 12/21. May I ask how your recovery went? I was told 4-6 weeks after surgery I should be back to normal.
@@hotweeta so my surgery was not successful 🤪 in saying that the quack did say it was one of the worst cases he'd seen. I had MRI scans this week to find out what is going on. And we will have another go. Best of luck 👍
* Still in pain and still can't do the Finkelstein test.
@@hotweeta did you get it how it go
@@stuffedgrubs how it go?
@@stuffedgrubs I'm in the same boat, can you share your update?
GOOD INTERVENTION!
