This was a very helpful video describing a feature I didn't even know was in a product I use every day! One question I have is, if a whiteboard is associated to a meeting, but you have multiple meetings on the same topic, can you easily associate a previous meeting whiteboard with new calendar events? I assume if you set recurring calendar events it would work that way, but sometimes that's not possible to do with many participants.

Or maybe if you know how to make query data load faster, it would be great, because i'm using millions of data on power query and the load time often takes 1 - 2 hours! . Thanks

After of doing everything in the Microsoft suite for a month, I decided to back to Google for email, calendar and document management.
I still have a personal MS 365 account where I have desktop apps, and I have Basic license so I can use Teams.
Lastly, I had a very bad customer service experience, completely turned me off.

Thanks for providing this very informative content. Is there a method to use Whiteboard for screen sharing within Microsoft Teams that allows you to annotate or draw over what I am screen sharing? So instead of the white background in Whiteboard, whatever I am sharing from my screen is displayed where engineers draw over during design reviews. This is common practice within Zoom calls. Thank you!

Hi Leila, thank you for the video. I am moving from Mural to Whiteboard and I am a little frustrated with Whiteboard. The stickynotes have very limited functionality. I can write as much as I want in a stickynote but only a portion of the text is visible. I tried to work around this by increasing the size of the stickynote but this doesn't solve the problem because the text increases in size as well. I can not find any way to size the text independent of the size of the stickynote either - this is the first Microsoft product I've worked with where I can size the text. I was wondering if you might have a work around. I did a google search and I am seeing many other people that are frustrated with the same issue. Thanks for your help.

For virtual stand up meetings I would need to increase font size in relation to sticky note size (for less verbose notes, with overview visibility of noted keywords)

Could you please make a video comparing between OneNote and whiteboard for meetings/online teaching presentations?
My mother is a Math teacher and she recently started learning and using both Office apps for remote teaching so I think it could be interesting to see pros and cons on using both apps that are also available through MS Teams.

What about if i want to create a meeting with people outside my Organization (so outside my Teams...in Teams). I would like to use the whiteboard during an online meeting and every "guest" could see what I'm writing. I don't mind if they cannot write. Also most "guests" use a tablet for participating. Within the mobile teams app (Android) i dont have any whiteboard button...so how would i proceed with this? Thank you
Hi there. We are driven very much by client communication e.g. as per your examples of adding emails to Tasks/To Do. However, if that requirement is part of a "project" in Planner, there appears to be no way to copy/sync/send the Task to Planner? You can set things up in Planner and add to To Do but not the other way around?
Is there any kind of Pen support in Teams? Can I write free flow on a whiteboard within teams?
What do you use to write on the whiteboard? I see that typing takes long especially if you are working out some mathematics problems with so many symbols.
