Hello I don't eat out or very rarely. It's very expensive in Paris, plus I prefer to cook my food so I can control the ingredients and I enjoy cooking. Thanks for watching ☺️
Beautifully done. If I’m not mistaken, the Hôtel Soubise (hotel particular) shown is actually the entrance to the French National Archives located in the Marais.
Hello. Yes exactly the first one is the Hotel of Soubise and the one I visited s behind. The Hotel of Rohan Strasbourg. It was the hotel of their son, Cardinal de Rohan. It's closed for renovations since 2015. Thanks for watching ☺️
@@easyfrenchdiet merci. I adore your programming and thank you for sharing. I have been to France many times especially Paris and often wondered how and where regular Parisians eat. Certainly not regularly in the many restaurants, Brasseries or bistros. Too much food and too expensive. You are sharing with us the true method of regular Parisian eating, shopping and meal preparation. And with so many different types of fresh produce, cheeses, meats etc available and affordable, even at the local Intermarché or Monoprix cooking at home is enjoyable. I have been staying in furnished apartments or airbnbs since 2009 and generally have my meals at home. Doing so allows me to immerse myself in dad to day living and allows me to feel like I belong. Thank you for sharing your content. A bientôt…Joseph.
Hello. Yes it was so nice and interesting. The speaker told us the incredible story of this private mansion and of the magnificent decor. Thanks for watching ☺️
Bonjour! I posted a comment yesterday evening, which I can't see. Maybe it was too long so will split it into two parts. Hopefully, it'll be lucky...er🤞
hello it is under renovation. An hotel in Paris is an old aristocratic house. it is called an Hôtel Particulier it is a kind of private palace built by aristocrats from the 16th to the 20th centuries. Not to be confused with a hostel where you rent a room to sleep. We use the same word for both. Thanks for watching ☺️
I have eggs from my friend's hens in the fridge and full fat Greek yoghurt too. 😋 How long do you spend at table? I often eat breakfast in 3 minutes then out the door... 😮
Hello. During the week it's very fast because I have to go to work but on the weekend I take my time.I like to cook and take my time to savor what I have cooked. Thanks for watching ☺️

Hi from Australia 👋 How much cheese do you eat at each meal? I love cheese!
Hello. I don't count but I would say around 40 grams per meal.
Why bake the canned tuna? Isnt it ready to eat?
Hello it's so much better when it's a bit roasted. Thanks for watching ☺️
