    17gpm - All-Flo 1/2 in. NPT Diaphragm Pump - $700 + Rolair 6.5 Hp Honda 13.8 Cfm@90Psi - $1500 - IMO is a good softwash set up with accurate proportioner . For oily greasy concrete surfaces like service stations, dumpster pads, fast food driveways, banks, etc. use your pressure washer and x-jet 2.5 cups to 5gal of Sodium Hydroxide plus 1/4 cup Blue Dawn, finish with surface cleaner. Hot water is better for grease/oil.

    FYI - If you are putting 2000psi into a 50' 3/8" hose the psi at 50' would be 1985psi, 1880psi at 100' and 1522 at 200'. If you reduce the pressure to 1000psi the psi at 100' would be 880psi, at 200' 522psi. In a scenario with no restrictions or bends, the flow rate is not affected by the length of the hose. Hence, the flow rate would remain at X GPM at the end of the 100-foot hose or any length for that matter.

    Hi. my name is Jon. I bought your 8gpm build sheet and I see you use a K7/K1 unloader, I don't understand why people selling the IGX 800 plus people that use it say that you cant use flow sensitive unloaders like K7/K1 with IGX 700/800, and did you build your own pressure washer or did you get it sent to you prebuilt? Another thing I am very confused about is how you use a 4000 PSI AR pump when my K1 unloader is only good to 3600 PSI( I actually busted my old K1 when I used my old 4000 psi pump before I blew it up). I am looking into buy one in the future please help with these questions. Thanks!

    • @YoungAmbitionYA
      @YoungAmbitionYA Год назад

      Hey Jon. You can use the k7/k1 "at your own risk" kind of thing. No company will tell you to do so because they don't want the risk of liability, but I've never had a problem with it and it's a great unloader. The unloader isn't the issue, it's using thr k7 to run a low pressure rated gun. The igx800 and pump came as one unit. I did everything else.

  • @JC-ft5or
    @JC-ft5or 3 месяца назад +1

    What kind of gas soft wash set up are you running? I’ve been looking at the AR 25 versus the AR 45 Honda set up. Ones 11 1/2 gallons per minute and the other is seven-ish gallons per minute. Do you think 11 1/2 is overkill?

    • @YoungAmbitionYA
      @YoungAmbitionYA 3 месяца назад

      11.5 is a lot. i’m happy with my 8 for residential and commercial. with the 8 sometimes the water supply doesn’t keep up with the machine so the tanks run dry. 11 would be way worse unless you always have good flow at sites. mine is a honda igx800 machine with a 8gpm AR pump
