Too many times have we gotten to jobsites with equipment tested and ready to go just to roll all the hoses out, pull the trigger of the p40, 12 volt, air diaphragm, and as shown the super pump, just to have great flow and then Nothing. Wth?!?! Tinker around with things for a few mins just to see that there's nothing wrong with anything, quick disconnected of hose and transfer to your back up softwash pump or pull out the 5 gallon bucket and Mr. TOTALLY RELIABLE xjet and finish the job. Roll up hoses, stressed because of the non working softwash pump, just to get home to really see what's going on with the pump and flip the switch and everything works perfectly. Too many times this has happened. I'm almost convinced that soft wash pumps get stage fright when on the job. Lol. All pumps work great When they Work. If you truly think about it, the method with the most success with the least amount of issues.....Xjet with straight 12.5%. 4gpm - up to 5% (this will clean ANYTHING) Instead of coming out with new pumps, we need to figure out how to get 5% mix using an xjet trigger gun switch similar to the 2 step gun.
Thank you for sharing your experiences and the reminders of rolling with the challenges that come up during the day. Glad you got the SP back up running! More to come, yay!
Good stuff Joe!! I cant wait until i can upgrade my 12v system. That volume of water youre moving is incredible. Im only workimg with 5.5 gal on my 12v system. Id never believe a 12v would reach 3 stories if i didnt see it myself.
All we have down here in Florida is stucco homes. Did my first all (not just partial) vinyl siding home the other day. Took no time at all. Looking forward to more super pump videos.
That's definitely a powerful improvement on the building! You could put a 8gpm pump on your backup machine before you put it back on the rig. Hard to wash a house with a 5.5 after stepping up to an 8.

Im working on a baby DPI out in the field now testing....DPI is something that requires the proper machining and porting based on the flow of the softwash pump...if its not correct its very easy for a pressure washer to overpower the whole system not including getting on roofs and elevation changes....the best way to describe it is the braking on a car we get 60% of the braking power from the front brakes and 40% from the back....
Hey Dylan. Thanks for the asinine comments. Do you see me selling anything ever? Or just testing and promoting the equipment and companies I use? Flo Pro, Midwest, X6 Freedom Softwash, Southside Equipment, Elemonator, Rust Aid from Lowes?! I thought I blocked your dumb ass anyway. 👊🏼

From an engineering standpoint pump needs a fully enclosed box with cooling fan system, possibly thermal cutoff

It's the Freedom wash system, he explains it in a ton of earlier videos. That system is like 4k.
