Ds is faster if u have bigger machines to rinse or if u pull a pw hose and a sw hose it's still pulling 2 hoses like u do anyway

U can downstream with that pressure washer u have and just rinse with 12v and pw

I honestly like soft wash applying 5.5gpm and rinsing with a garden hose right off the house bib a pressure washer rinse is unnecessary most the time. I have sucess with this method i use a twist jet nozzle for the 3/4 garden hose

My OCD would kick in not knowing if I really got everything. Do you just set the expectations to your customer that some areas might still be dirty?

Screwing with my head. The video shows that the drill is going counterclockwise for cutting. All my cutter spin clockwise, so it must be your phone screwing it up.

One other thought. Pumps wear out. Please stop trying to find a warranty on them. Make money working the piss out of them. Buy a backup, and when the old pump craps out. Do a fast changeout and be right back in the game. You are killing a bump with SH. You should be ashamed of even trying to screw the manufacturer over by getting it replaced for free. If you rinse after every job your pump will last much longer.

You have spoken a lot of truth. Start out small and cheap. Then, start lining up the jobs. Keep putting money in the kiddy for better equipment, advertising, and good old SEO. And yes, by everything I have heard and seen. 8 gallons minutes is the sweet spot to run from. I am at a 4-gallon-a-minute DeWalt on Wheels with a hose reel and just bought an unloader, so I don't have to worry about burning up my pump. I am looking to buy a small trailer with a water tank this Thursday. I am investing in parts and pieces to build a softwash system. This is not a race. Slow and easy so I can stay in the game and work my way up the ladder. Early on, I bought the XJet and am very happy I did. Down streaming is excellent, but with an XJet, I can turn the soap on and off using a valve in line. The downside is that you are dragging a 5-gallon container of cleaner around. But it's absolutely doable. Get a hose reel because dealing with the pressure line is much easier. I mounted the reel to my pressure washer. Works great. On the other side, if you have sixty grand and can blow it, by all means, buy a complete system and pay for classes on how to pressure wash. My last thought is to get insurance and get it immediately. If you screw something up, they will be coming after you in a blink of an eye. I use Next Insurance.

Always try to not tape the first couple of threads, and a rule of thumb is to wrap around 3 times. this way the tape doesn't get pressed out on the inside of the fitting and find its way into an oriface or pump. I generally put a couple drops of medium thread locker on those two exposed threads when dealing with anything under pressure. Works like a charm. Also, be careful over tightening anything into a brass fitting. Easy to crack brass.

I’m impressed. I love that you do everything. That’s what I want to do. I’ve been a residential car for 20 years and I’d like to switch gears. I’m very mechanically inclined. I can weld, wrench on stuff and operate heavy equipment. I’ve always worked for someone because I’ve never wanted to own my own business. Well my thoughts have changed. I need someone to teach me the ins and outs of softwashing. I live in northern nj and id like to ask you if I can come work tor you for a few days for free. Like I said I know how stuff works. I just need a jump start. Please give it some thought. It would mean a lot.

Hey would installing a 3/4 Automator on the soap and bleach for a proportioner work similar to the downstream automator?

Can you use that remote system to open and close ball valve for your pressure washer as well it just soft wash system?

There is a guy on RUclips that put a stop on the blue gun, and he uses the ball valve to turn off and on, and the stop never lets the pressure gets to high and it looks pretty safe the way he use it. Just something to think about. Good video thanks.
