Absolutely right.ive had several out only got calls on 2..but one day recent 1 man that lives way across town saw it..called me to do a pavillion of all things in a sub division..he told 1 person got 3 homes washed ..made a little over 1200 on 1 sign just the right person saw it at the right time..get this that guy is the treasurer of the HOA committe😳
Yard signs are some of the best advertising because people can see in "real time" the work you do and all the information to contact you, awesome brother 💯
Yard signs are great! Literally the only marketing I’m doing right now. Put them out 2 weeks ago made little over $2800. Not bad for a weekend warrior lol
Around the 6 minute mark you was washing front of a house and they had the pilers at front door. While I was testing my system out I was washing my pilers and the paint came off. Poured off them like milk. Was wondering if anyone else has ever had this issue and/or if it was possibly being organic paint? Thanks for the videos and how to's. Keep hustling 💪
Luckily it was my house, kinda lol, but prime example of why we have to do test spots. I did do some test spots before washing but only on the different materials of my house since it's basement house with brick and siding but didn't test pilers
Oh ya - I spam yard signs -- I am impressed how quickly you can wash a house with a 12 V pump… Typically I need a little bit of extra pressure to relieve some debris on the home while down streaming
Theses were pretty clean. Not much need for long dwell or any debris. A smaller house took 2 hours the other day because it was covered in webs and bugs
Buffer tank > 3/4 bulkhead and hose > flojet 6gpm 70 psi 12 volt pump with 3/4 ports > 3/4 hose to reel > 5/8 kuritech hose > sutner st510 > assassin shooter tip and fan tip
1.25% isn't really strong enough to streak. Plus I'd just use it as an upsell. "Bleach streaked the roof because it's dirty..want me to make it all look like that?" I wouldn't be worried about it. I'd just try to sell a roof wash 🤣
Another awesome video !! Are you setting your mix at about 2% of these vinyl homes in this vid ? I know you said prev you don’t use soap and couldn’t remember if you bumped up the typical house mix of about 1.5%?
I’m new to your channel. I wash part time, run solo and use an AR45 to wash. I fly through a house like that. Any reason you don’t use the gas system? I have a 12V, but only use it as a backup.
your work is good, God is with you opening doors🙏🙏🙏

Must have been organic paint. Having SH melt paint is uncommon especially at 3% or less.
@Young Ambition that's what I thought it was. And yeah my mix was 1.5 - 2%

How strong is that mix?
@@YoungAmbitionYA Nice I really need to get My 12 V working like that… I always have issues with it I think I need to buy a better gun
@@RigWars I use 3/4 inlet/outlet flojet pumps. 5/8 hose. Big difference over 1/2
@@nhpowerwashinglawncare922 roughly 2.5%
I’ve been meaning to let you know that Delavan makes a 10gpm bleach pump. Local shop sells them for $500
I'll look it up!
Where can I buy online?

What’s your full 12 volt setup and gun?
Buffer tank > 3/4 bulkhead and hose > flojet 6gpm 70 psi 12 volt pump with 3/4 ports > 3/4 hose to reel > 5/8 kuritech hose > sutner st510 > assassin shooter tip and fan tip
Why do you not rinse with a power washer? Ball Valve
Some times I do but usually not when I'm recording. Getting a different machine soon so that will change
Do you pre wet houses or just vegetation. Thank you for answering questions 🙏
If it's real hot I'll do windows and plants
Do you work about bleach run off onto the roof when you do house washes could they leave clean streaks?

Great job as always!
Thanks brother 🤙

I'm about 2% on average for vinyl.
Do you rinse with a separate 12v pump? Or do you just cut off the bleach on the mixing valve? I see you apply with red and rinse with blue hose.
Yes 2 separate 12v pumps and reels
What prep do you do on the hedges, trees, and grass? because SH will definitely hurt them. Just trying to understand
you spray them with water before and after
House wash mix, if mixed correctly, won't do much. Just prewet and then rinse.
@@YoungAmbitionYA That's 3% SH w/ the surfactant right? do you mix anything else in there?
@@1HourBule I like 1-2%. I don't add anything
@@YoungAmbitionYA Thanks appreciate the information, still have some to learn but getting there.
what pump are you using, with what size nozzle?
Hey man! Flojet 6gpm 70psi. 5/8 hose, st510 gun and assassin tip
Where did you get the yard signs?? That's a good deal on 100
Check description for links
Is ur rinse line just coming off the house faucet? Or coming off a buffer tank?
I do both. First few houses was buffer tank. Last house I just used a garden hose

I'm upgrading to gas soon.
It’s a game changer for sure.
@@BrianWarr33 that much of a difference huh?
Absolutely! Much better than a 12V
What boots do you wear ?
Huks 🤙
Personally for you do you rinse the siding and everything else before you spray the chemicals or do you just start with chemicals first?
Chemical first unless it's a hot summer day and the siding needs a cool down spray first
@@YoungAmbitionYA do you ever worry about porch lights and ring cameras when doing house wash?
@@YoungAmbitionYA thank you for your reply much appreciated
@@watsontv13 nope. I try not to completely blast them. Either way rinse quickly. They're all water tight by design
@@YoungAmbitionYA cool thanks
I see you quoted 325 is that house and roof or just house?
I’m gonna place a bet that it’s just the house
Just house. But that was a discounted price that they all got for booking same day. In my area $350 is typically minimum
Great video…are you using a 12v or 24v pump? What tips are you using to reach almost 3 stories high? Thanks again, Arnold
Flojet 6 gpm on a 5/8 line. Assassin shooter tip
What kind of battery do you recommend?
Deep cycle marine
Do you always wear a respirator?
I try to. Siding and roofs
@@YoungAmbitionYA what filters do you use?
The pink ones. Organic vapor
