    20% vinegar will take off light surface rust and if it is heavy duty rust you need Muratic Acid from full strength (31% hydrochloric acid) to a 1:10 for efflorescence - both have to neutralized with baking soda and water or paste or ammonia and water (1:16 dilution)

    I will also send an email, but I will ask on here for all others who may have this problem. I was washing a vinyl house, white vinyl and on the Shadyside along a row of bushes, the vinyl had a bit of yellow shading on it. When i applied the SH @ about 2%, the yellow spread all around like it was going to wash right off, but instead it has stuck on there. And wont come off .

    • @ASKMRBUBBLES
      @ASKMRBUBBLES  6 месяцев назад

      Hey brother, thanks for all the support and the membership, we usually pre-treat with our house mix, then cut, surface clean, rinse and finally we post-treat with a pump sprayer that has 1gallon of water and 1 gallon of SH in it, essentially a 50/50 mix with no surfactant. That will give you a great, professional result!

    Man o man, yall don't know how many of these tutorials I've watched in a month trying to get the best and simplest version ( advice ) on this stuff!
    Finally, I've found a go to and this is only my first time seeing this channel and dude! Definitely liking and subscribing, sir!!
    So, I have been super fortunate enough to invest in a start up pressure washing llc. I've got the trailer, 200 gal water tank, big Honda pressure washer, 20 inch industrial surface cleaner, extra spare parts, 65 gal solution tank, reels and hoses, tool boxes, truck, etc lol..
    It's just me and probably will be for a couple of years, and I'm keeping it real simple at first by only cleaning driveways and lots, mainly concrete.
    So my only question to you is, can I batch mix per job using mainly a 6 gal battery powered back pack for the pre and post treating of the concrete driveways?
    Also, do I need surfactant for that particular work, and what strength would you recommend on average or above average for those particular jobs?
    Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated sir! Thank you!!

    When you talk about the final batch percentage of SH and Surfactant, is that what used directly on the house or is that batch then put through the downstreamer? I can’t find any video that clarifies this. Thanks

    • @ASKMRBUBBLES

      yes, when you batch mix, that is the chemical mixture that you are creating to be used on a house. you apply that mixture with your downstream injecot

    Ok, so on my proportioner system, I have a 15 gallon surfactant tank, would I put 12 oz. in that 15 gallon tank of water? The confusing part to me is it will be mixed again with more water when going through the valve system, diluting it more.

      Hey brother, thanks for the great question...as far as a proportioner, we have ours permanently set to .80. Truth, is you don't need a lot of surfactant to make this thing work, just a smidge!

      Surfactant will lesson the effect of the SH and eventually make it inert...or unusable. That's why you should only make enough of what you actually need.
