    I have a question, will I need to keep doing these exercises to keep regulating the nervous system for the rest of my life or if I do them for a certain period of time they'll release the trauma stored and I won't need to do them anymore?

      You are so welcome! It really depends, when you’re beginning you likely need a more structured practice like what is shown in the video as your nervous system learns to regulate on its own. It’s also very helpful to sprinkle in moments of exercises during the day. As you become more regulated, you may start to notice that you feel fine without a structured practice and life itself turns into something that nurtures your nervous system. Later on, you may only need to call on your tools during more challenging times.
