I hope your Palm Harbor was built better than ours was. We had over 30 factory issues the first 3 weeks. They no longer are in the Spokane Wa as far as I know. We bought ours back in 2003 it was a 1999 model. JUNK IS THE BEST WAY TO DISCRIBE IT. Also it was over 1800 sq ft.
I have a 1997, 1400 s.q. I bought in 2014. home inspector found 3 incredibly minor issues, aside form the cheesy vinyl siding I'm perfectly happy with it
Very nice. We were setting our cabin on the foundation with a crane at about the same time as you. We are a few hundred miles east of you. Just South of Glacier. It is nice that you can get these cabins in where you never could before. ( W/O building them on-site).
You - new owner, this is a “heads up” from an engineer; you better check what the siding material on these modular units is; if it is the crap that Warehouser manufactures that looks like T1-11, you need to tear it off and replace immediately. We have had Every modular that has come to Alaska with their siding, develop black rot and mold throughout the entire structure- this caused by the material of the siding containing sap sugars- this is like gasoline to the rot fungus, it will rot the studs, the wall plates, the roof plywood, pretty much everything. Tear their siding off within the first year, or you will be rebuilding your entire structure.
We love our palm harbor home but we bought a model home and we have had trouble with everything. New heat pump after 2 years roof leaked. Sliding glass doers leaked had to install new French doors 4 years. We have now been our home 16 years and the normal problems keep piping up. But we love our home on46 acres. Make sure you get every detail on paper and I mean EVERY DETAIL.
I can't help it. That little guy is just too cute. What's his name? Those lights sitting on top of the front frame look like eyes, and the big square dark grill looks like he is just so delighted with doing his job, he is just mouth agape with glee. Like I said, I can't help it. I am always seeing "faces" on the front of trucks and cars. 😄
I work from one of the top knots homesteaders Selma California stilts for swimming pools and Tennis Courts on their own Sedum in Wyoming and Utah for fire Lookout and then work for Jim Snyder SOS mobile homes
Sorry I had to remove my comment in Fix-It. So this technically is a mobile home because the frame and axles are still left there if they had set it onto a foundation removed it from the trailer and the axles then it would be considered a modular home
@@tinydancer7426 Very cool space in the summer, it gives you more space in the living space because the utilities are in the basement. It's the safe place to be when storms come through. Nice as it is it is still a house trailer without wheels.
I know and appreciate the benefits of a basement. I have one. It is nice when I can simply turn on the fan on the furnace to circulate the cooler air that has settled in the basement. My sister has lived is a number of different styles of houses that all had basements. She is now in an apartment because she wants to live on one floor only. Perhaps the owner(s) of the new house have decided they only want one level ..... don't want to deal with stairs. It would be interesting to know.
House cat does a marvelous job. Husband & son used to move & set up mobile homes.
Good job guys ! I worked in the Mobile Home - Modular Home business In S.E Ohio for 20 years . I wish they where all that easy !
Operator deserves a raise,he seems very experienced and confident and calm during the entire process.

You mean the guy who ran the home up on the rock? THAT operator?
Don't mind me.. I'm just taking my house for a walk....I've seen many moved ..first time to see the remote traveler used ...amazing..
Slick machine! Remote rear crawler lifter (low spots, crest bottoming, little extra push, etc).

Is Cabin a new turm for dubble wide / modular home .
No it's just a cabin that is built very heavy duty without having to have them built on site
I remember when they brought our double wide. It was SOOOO exciting. They just had to get it in the farm gate nothing as exciting as this.
Need a dolly on the rear that can be raised to get over the low spots. 😊

Boy that little tracked puller is stout!

that is not a cabin that is a double wide
😆
Lol
Doesn't seem the road was prepared for it...
We’d LOVE to have a Palm Harbor 2 bedroom 2 bath with an office delivered to our property in Montana, but we can’t find a showroom near us
Not sure where you are in Montana, but homeboys in Spokane deals with Palm Harbor and delivers to Montana
@@ppedersensr is Homeboys the name of the company?
Do you know their website address?
I’d appreciate your help !
Deliverance.
Where in North Idaho are you with this vid? I used to live in Bonners Ferry & then on the Idaho/Montana border off highway 2.
Wow!
looks like a trailer house to me.
I can’t believe that they rely on the breaks on that little CAT on a hill.
If that thing has a frame and tires, it's called a modular house,( aka, mobile home) lol
It is a double wide mobile home and a nice one to blend in.
Sorry I had to remove my comment in Fix-It. So this technically is a mobile home because the frame and axles are still left there if they had set it onto a foundation removed it from the trailer and the axles then it would be considered a modular home
That mailbox... 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
How the frame do?
Super
Why no basement?
I watch that little orange machine haul mobile home before
Btw. Free delivery.
What happens if the Robot breaks down ?

Should have thought ahead and removed every damn rock out of that driveway area then you wouldn't have had that problem
That’s not a cabin. That’s called a double wide, trailer….
But yes . Not a " cabin "
Just the opposite of a "mini-home"😮
You are going to wish you had a basement.
Why?

Ya, looks like half of a 2500 SQ cabin,.😂😂😂😂
Metolius huh?
"Hey, no humping the house!"
It's not rocking?
Cabin, now thats funny.
Running a tracked vehicle on asphalt is never a good idea.
Do you want a sandwich or BBQ chicken? I need a Valium!
Neighbors that's a bummer.
who ever is parking the house needs more training
Is this guys voice annoying anybody else?😂
Sorry, but I wouldn’t put a home on that mud sliding trailer house on that particular land if I could do it for free!
Живут же люди в подобных бомжатниках😢😢😢
$ bidennomics
Don't understand what they are getting into !!!!!!
You can take the girl out of the trailer house, but can’t take the trailer park out of the girl.
Get away from the chain!!!!!!!

The cigarette smoke was a huge turn off along with annoying narration.
Menosmal que yo no sigo esta página porque con personas asi de Ordinaria no podría seguir viendo estos videos asqierosos
Another 10 years and Idaho will be subdivided and over priced just like KommieRado
not at all impressed with the crew doing the move

They call that a cabin in Idaho? Crap!
bad investment
Wrong idiot good investment! I have lived in one for 10 years now and it's still like new. You can do what you want with your own money.
