What's neat about Jeff's guitar style when he's soloing is that there's this feeling of randomness, as if he's just hitting things at random, but when you listen to the beginnings and ends, he's always starting where he wants and ending somewhere that leads into the next part of the song. He knows where he's going all the time, and that's a neat ability.
Man just saw them and Hoo Boy have they aged, if this is from 2001 or 2002, ten years on the road and just plain rock and roll are taking their toll on the boys. When they first came on stage they looked like punch-drunk boxers, all slit eyed and swollen. Seemed to get much better as the show went on. That being said however the show was fricken awesome and they played their hearts out !!!!
This is one where there's a stark difference between this and how they've been playing it for the past several years. This is a little slower... I actually think the current version holds a little truer to the YHF recording, but I could be wrong.

My favourite song on the YHF album. But you gotta hear it on vinyl.
2001 = Wilco's best year IMO
