- In a previous video I gave you all a sneak peak at a new animal that I got. Today I’m finally introducing you to them! Meet my Malaysian cat geckos (Aeluroscalabotes felinus). We live in Mexico and our geckos came with the house. They eat the scary insects and can come and go thru tiny holes in screens. I love it when they run across a wall!

This gecko is included in the original Southeast Asian gecko and can be found in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand

I don’t know much about the frogs unfortunately but I do know about chameleon Geckos! I keep 2 of them myself. I posted a video about them a few weeks ago!

I have two Malaysian Cat Geckos A male and female pair who have laid several clutches. I've got two eggs "cookin" I hope they hatch. The first two clutches didn't.

Buying wild caught supports the taking of wild animals from their natural environment. The fact that they aren't or are rarely being bred in captivity isn't a reason to buy wild caught, its an excuse.
I didn’t buy wild caught? I specifically said that one of these was a rehome, and one came from a store that gets their animals from breeders.
Like I said, mine weren’t bought as wild caught animals. But with that said I’m not entirely against wild caught animals. I don’t think people should just get wild caught animals just to keep as a pet, but I believed that that people/places such as accredited zoos and breeders should be able to responsibly acquire wild caught animals for breeding/educational purposes.
@@EmmaLynneSampson I agree, nor did i say you did. What i mean is, the VAST MAJORITY that created a market for wild caught animals isnt for "breeders and or zoos". It is however, the pet trade.
