- I'm back and here to show you my brand new reptile rooms along with all the animals living in these rooms!!
A few months ago I moved into a new house, and a new house means new pet rooms! I dedicated two entire rooms to nothing other than my 40+ pets, and today we're finally going to take a look at them!

So glad to hear you're planning on upgrading the ball pythons!
The reptile community has grown so much from when I first got interested in snakes as a kid.
My 3 and a half foot boy is currently in a 4x2x2, but he's demanding more space, so I'm upgrading him to a 5x2x2 before the end of the year 💛

@@EmmaLynneSampsondo you have to have a drainage hole on your smaller tanks for something like dart frogs? I want to set up a 10gal. with leca and mesh and everything but my tank doesnt have a drainage hole...is this a big deal for bio-active? Im also thinkin about setting up a more simplistic tub ..do dart frogs have to be in a bioactive set-up? Can i just use regular substrate wit no isopods and chage it frequently ?
You look happy and healthy. I am glad. When I got some orchids from Hawaii a few months ago, a mourning gecko was trapped in just like your frog! We took it in and now she is part of our family. I see you have them. I watched some others’ videos on how to take care of them but I would like to see how you take care of them.
Thank you!! Mourning geckos are a lot of fun! I just redid my mourning geckos enclosure and they seem to be loving the new setup. I’ll be sure to show it in a video soon!
Love all of the plants in the setups! The cat geckos look amazing too! I rarely hear people talking about them. The way they curl their tails to the side is so adorable.

I'm still just amazed and super jealous that you have a beautiful spacious entire house to yourself that you're able to afford. It would be my dream to be able to rent a home of my own. I think buying is out of the question. So if you bought and don't own I am even more impressed.

I love this!! I have my own channel but it’s mostly invertebrates, except my Sulcate tortoise and pacman frog, my husband noticed me watching this and he randomly started telling me “no” lol I now have more animals I want 🫣😂

Great setup and I love the pets, the Amazon tree boa and boa constrictor are very good looking with their patterns. It must’ve been a real challenge to get everything where it should be after the move, but great work has been achieved 👍🏻.

Thank you so much!! Mark actually went to live with one of my friends where he now has a girlfriend! My friend had a female and was looking for a male so he could breed them, so I offered to give him Mark. I miss him so much though 🥹 I hope he’s enjoying life with his girlfriend. I mentioned rocky briefly in this video but I’ll talk about him more in another video!My sand boa, Oliver and sphaerodactylus were some that I rehomed. I’ll talk about it more in an upcoming video but I decided to rehome a few animals so that I can focus on giving my animals larger, more elaborate enclosures ❤️ sadly Slime, my caecilian passed away just before I moved 🥲

glad to see your back and love all the animals and also how do you feel about using Vision cages for your snakes or were you looking into something to give them height wise?
Thank you I’m glad you enjoyed the video!! Vision cages are pretty difficult to get where I live, I’ll probably DIY some enclosures or purchase some reptizoo ones :)

Thank you!! My parsons are the only chameleons that I still have. My veiled passed away a couple years ago after battling an infection, and I lost the others due to old age. Carpet chameleons were some of my favourites that I kept but they have such short lifespans 🥲
@@EmmaLynneSampson oh no I'm so sorry. I vaguely remember the veiled, didn't it have to do with gout in one of its legs? But I hate to hear all of that. Do you plan to get anymore chameleons? One of my favorites you had were the Brookesia(?), the little ones.

Being able to upgrade 5 snake enclosures is quite the endeavor. I'm assuming they are all in 40 gallon breeders? Maybe one is a 55 gallon that's ontop?
I would suggest making custom 4x2 enclosures for them like you've done in the past with the IKEA cabinets but I know that's a time consuming process in and of itself.
Yeah I’m either going to DIY them, or I’m going to purchase some reptizoo enclosures to try out!
Gorgeous! I was wondering if you could do a video on how to get an apartment or rental agency to rent to you if you have alot of pets? I'm planning to move cross country but am having issues finding a place that will let me have my reptiles or other animals, even with rental references I keep getting turned down. Any help appreciated.

Thank you! Thankfully I had lots of help from family and friends :) as far as breeding goes, my plan is to continue focusing on cat geckos, chahoua geckos, chameleon geckos and dart frogs!
What size is your creasted gecko's cage? what brand of cage do you use?
Do you have multiple mist systems for every enclosure or are some of the lines connected to the same tank?
How much does it cost to up keep all these animals?! Also impressive amount of pets!
Could you give an update on the thrive pet smart enclosure you reviews several videos back?

Love the setups. I am personally just a frog guy, but I use to care for a bunch of geckos myself! How is the misting system for your dart frogs? Still running the Monsoon?
I actually don’t have it set up right now! I’ve just been misting once a day by hand

Thank you!! I don’t know the brand unfortunately, I got it secondhand but the dimensions are 48” long, 24” deep and 16” tall

I am setting up to move well over 26 animals and I'm scared of what to do in order to move them in a Safeway. I have reptiles and also spiders 🕷 And trying to find the best way to do so safely i have frogs too im lookin for a dumpy tree frog

Right now it’s just being used for various storage 😅 sadly nothing too exciting haha
How is it having a boa and bunnies? I’ve wanted to get a rabbit for a few years but I have a large boa and I don’t want her in permanent feed mode lol
I’ve never had any problems with it! The snakes don’t really seem to notice the rabbits
I have snakes, mice, and rats in the same room. Everyone is well fed and I've never had any issues!
Emma what is your job!?!? I want to work in reptile education so badly but I don't know if that career will support me financially :/
Im the education & exhibit’s coordinator at a wildlife rehabilitation centre that also has an animal education program! Sadly many jobs in the animal field don’t pay the best. I make it work since I also get paid through RUclips

Why didn’t you do your intro in the bigger room instead? Will you buy new closures for the animals in the bins?
The smaller room has better lighting to film! And the only animals in bins are dart frogs, so I might get them new enclosures at some point but might not. Bins work super well for dart frogs since they need such high humidity, but it would be nice to have them in something that makes them more visible for me!

Mark went to live with one of my friends who breeds them!! He had a breeding pair and lost his make so he was searching for a new one and I offered to give him Mark. I miss him so much tho 😭 but hopefully mark is loving life with his new girlfriend

@@EmmaLynneSampson honey, its not judgemental, its your home and your animals, but I think its wrong, and youve done it before, you have 100k subs, and pettube should stop saying its ok to impulse buy animals, then " have to move" so I rehomed a lot... that doesnt say you care.. I could NEVER treat a living being that I promise to take care of like that

You're acting like they were thrown out on the street. What if they new home gives them a better quality of life? Is it still immoral? With you're logic, animals should never be sold, as there original place is their home and taking them away from there isn't fair to them.
