    I come back to this beautiful guided meditation over and over. It's stress-busting perfection - your calming presence, wisdom, the music, the little stretches at the end. Sometimes I follow along twice in a row, wishing you had a longer one! Thank you so much for being such a special and memorable teacher.

      Keep trying! Meditation is the BEST thing I ever learn in this life, and I suck at It. I can barely focus, too, but It is worth It.
      Search for different types of meditation to find the best aproach for you.
