    I love your workouts because it is not just sport but it has yoga infussion so I love it. But I have one request. Maybe in the future you could tell us how many caloris are burnt during the workout? I use an app that always asks me that and I don t really know what to write. Thanks!

      Calories burned are different for everyone, depends on workout intensity, weights, sex, age, etc. The number of calories burned in a 60-minute mat Pilates session can range from 170 to 450 calories, depending on your weight, the difficulty of the class, and whether you're doing a beginner, intermediate, or advanced workout:
      Beginner: 170-250 calories
      Intermediate: ~6 calories per minute
      Advanced: ~7.5 calories per minute. For example, a 50-minute beginner mat class burns about 175 calories for someone who weighs 150 pounds, while an advanced 50-minute class burns about 254 calories.
      You can burn more calories by doing high-intensity Pilates exercises or using small weights and props to add more resistance.
