You really are a mindreader. I wanted to move my body somehow today, but nothing extreme. This came up and i felt so relaxed afterwards. Definitely doing this another time soon!

Sometimes it’s a struggle to roll out the mat and hit the floor, but I’ve honestly never regretted it in the end. 💕
