    My mother- in- law use to mk this bhaji i use to live it, i always regret not learning from her this dish, finally got this recipe from you, thanks allot. Hv asked mny PPL but doesn't taste the original way should be as u hv shown. Thanks once again. Request is if u can show the recipe of gyars ja patata bhaji.

      Thank you, here you go
      Aur ji bhaji (sindhi mustard based vegetable curry)
      Ingredients:
      4 medium potatoes cut into quarters
      6-8 shallots cut as shown in video
      3 green chillies chopped
      1 tsp minced garlic
      4 urad dal Vadis broken into 1" pieces
      1/2 cup gvar (cluster beans) cut into 1" pieces
      300 ml water
      2-3 tbsp whole wheat flour
      1 tsp turmeric powder
      1 tsp corriander powder
      2 tsp fresh corriander/cilantro
      Salt to taste
      4-5 tbsp mustard oil
      For the tadka:
      2 tbsp mustard oil
      2 tsp mustard seeds
      1 tsp minced garlic
      5-6 curry leaves

      Thank you so much. My itself the Vadis are hot but once boiled and used in the dish, it's perfect and not too spicy
