Isn’t there a similar bhaji called ‘goryun ji bhaji’(small cylinderical besan tikis in a similar gravy like this one?) If you know how to make it, can you please do a video tutorial?
Zen one , I think that is Shikarpuri style bhaji, I will try to get the recipe from my friends and make it sometime soon..
