That’s an excellent synopsis. I’ve added various elements of the presentation to my existing sciatica therapy program and it’s helped significantly. I’m definitely on the mend!
🥰🥰🥰very usefull for a french man 51 years old bestsssss regards just the first exercise (cat position slowly) every hours /2mn reduce really pain i just try find "adapt" it outside ....... during hiking .
I am a generally healthy 83 year old women who suffers with acute sciatica, 20:14 the worst pain being in my lower leg and foot. I have had an MRI which shows both disc herniation and at the point of the exiting foramen. I have had a steroid injection in both sites which had no beneficial effect at all. I’ve watched your videos carefully and my problem is which exercises to use as flexion is not advised for foraminal stenosis and may cause further pain but it is advised for disc protrusion. Is it safe to do both sets please? I think your explanatIons are excellent and sound correct, sensible and honest - please could you advise me - I realise this is a lot to ask via the internet!
