I'm okay with this
Yep. Just happened.

0:06 - Kungan
4:34 - Placenta
8:21 - We the Sad
13:06 - Cottonmouth
15:54 - Red Light
God!
Thanks man
Justin's vocal game is stronger than ever. Those lows on Cottonmouth and the Red Light rap holy shit
These boys goin' places for sure, so sick.
Tallah is the future of metal.
no wonder the drummer is the son of Mike Portnoy. but is heavily influenced in Slipknot music.
Justin on the other hand the vocals. HUGE VERSATILITY!
and the whole band freaking awesome!!!
Placenta is my favorite!!
@@JLVCII Yup. Max is really Mike's son.
I'd say that their drums sound more like a more fast paced Korn. Amazing groove, nonetheless.
Max has captured that hip hop power behind Joey Jordison's playing. It sounds perfect.
When u hear 30 seconds and know you’ll be a fan for life, that
This band are going to be as big as Slipknot. Mark my words. They're the future.
StoneKnot/SlipSour*
Bigger
What if they fail ?
@@kzshrr Then their manager and label hasn't pushed them enough. 😉
I just discovered them! Soo good. Very unique. Cant stop listening to them \m/
insane drummer and awesomely versatile/unpredictable vocalist hit the spot just right
Drummer is max Max Portnoy, son of the drummer from Dream Theatre
Dude this guy is absolutely insane
Yep, thet are all perfect. Max is a beast for sure.
Honestly.
@@hoagie7859 Son of _one_ of the drummers from Dream Theater
Man I love Justins voice and vocal range.
Katie Lehman great to see another metal girl around here! 🤘🏻
@@GypsyRock Yeah seriously!!
GypsyRock YOURE LITERALLY UNDER ALL THEIR VIDEOS
Right
I remember when this first came out, I just moved into my first apartment and this is the movie I'm watching before bed.
Stoked you enjoyed this! It was a ton of fun to make!
@@NovroStudios 😊
@@NovroStudiosI finally found this video again! I looked on RUclips a lot but never found it at first, but the first time I searched for it on RUclips Music it popped up!
This reminds me the first time I heard Korn or deftones when they first came out I thought damn this shit is different. I think you boys are on the something
Literally the same here man, they have such a tight unique sound but you can hear the influences as well
Agreed! Grew up with Deftones and Korn, seen both live and will be aging with Tallah for sure, can’t wait to see them live!!
Agreed. These guys are different, saw them in Madison and just stood there in disbelief
7:23 - 7:40 is just insane and I love it
Proxy 9 that’s always been my fave part too. I bought one of those things where u can have a rocker make a message for you (can’t remember the name of it I just woke up) and anyway I asked Justin to sing it for me but he wouldn’t lol. He just sent me a personal message instead and sang like a swing band singer it was still cool wish I could share it
@@GypsyRock that's cool
Absolutely fucked energy. Can't wait until I can finally see them live one day in Australia
Same here, but diff county 😀🇬🇧
I love when Max shakes his hair, it's fucking awesome
Discovered this band a month ago and been listening to this album on repeat. I'm sure Ontario would love to have you guys up here in Canada.
Montréal would be awesome for sure
for sure
Brutal
Beautiful
Glad they let singer do his thing, and not box him into cookie cutter songs. The mayhem is undeniable..
Splendid
Yo Eric, There singer is talented af. i used to watch his channel all the time haha!!
Hey thanks! We got really lucky with Justin! He's incredible and a blast to tour with haha
@@Novro so sick dude! Keep it up!
How does it feel that you guys are probably the most promising Nu Metal band in 2019? Seriously, make a sophomore album soon because I want more NOW.
@@kimkinney425 Good news is, that Sophomore album you speak of is coming soon. Probably April at the latest. They're entering the studio on the 26th.
@@evanblake5252 It could also get released in May, June, July, August, September, October, November, or December! Definitely 2020.
I need an edit of this with just cam of the bass player.
César Mendiburu the dudes crazy live
I havnt got so much goosebumps since i heard slipknot for the first time back in 00, tallah may be a new favorite!
This. This is it
Cottonmouth was really well done.
tallah should do this again, this still sounds incredible
maybe like the hate5six one except it’s with norvo studios and they play The Generation of Danger
@@Mighty_Mandibles yea thatd be sick
That would be rad
Gets better the 1000th time I’ve heard it
Why is this band not getting more views wtf
They will eventually, they are slowly building up their popularity. Just wait till Matriphagy drops later this year 😉
@@MystifiedSky39 God i can not wait, June is too far away.
@@effindave6909 "June"? It I've read 2nd October is the release date
@@felador5959 Ugh, maybe I'm mixing that up with the new Mushroomhead album =/
I watch this video all the time and I just love it. Can't get enough of it. Idk what it is. The video isn't super flashy. I guess just because it's like a garage band video except with good shooting quality and great live quality. Not too souped up, I guess.
Fucking hell, Placenta is crazy good here, I like it even better than on the EP!
Looking forward to see whats in store for you guys in the future.
3:34-3:41, the way Justin preforms this and the lyrics.. goddamn I'm fucking raging. love it!
This whole band is fucking amazing. Hands down my favorite band to jam out to while playing Classic WoW.
I love the influence of nu metal in this piece of art
Fuck I cannot wait for these guys to come to Florida/come out with more music.
My new favorite band.
Red
Blue
Red again :)
i always love coming back to this.
It’s so cool watching this now lol
15:27 Travis Ryan would be proud.
They need to come to Tampa !!!!!!!
You guys are all amazing 😍😍😍 How is this only 1500 views? :'( :'( :'(
Love this band!
Can't wait to experience these dudes live!
Ugh can’t wait til they’re doing shows again. Covid fucked my chance at seeing them in Atlanta in April
I love this group throwin up the 🖕🖕 to these sub genre dividing “elitest ones” it’s tech, it’s rap, it’s brutal as f*ck, it’s metal, it’s nu, it’s grind, it’s influenced, it’s influential, it’s every-kinda-core, it’s original, it’s unbound, and it’s unforgiving AS FUUUUCCCCKKKKKK!
Good luck getting outta this pit on your own power cup cake 😘
Truly bad ass! You guys rock live! Thank you!🤘🏻😝🤘🏻
So sick. Every song was so fucking catchy
Killer as usual :) Can't wait for the new album :D
I came to see max but holy shit that vocal 😲
i cant wait to see these guys live at some point. it helps they are a local band
MFer this is the new love of music .. where the hell these guys from.. I know the drummer so far is my favorite drummers son.. but who are the resf of these dudes... damn it man this is something I've been wanting in my life
Please cut this up and put it on Spotify.
You mean put, right?
@@arkonraavus21literally what I said. Cut the tracks and put them on Spotify.
@@captinoftheobivous Ooooooooooooooooooooooohhhhhhhhh, I see
@@arkonraavus21 to clarify, I thought it was all one take when I commented this. But there are already breaks in-between. Regardless I want to see this on Spotify.
@@captinoftheobivous dude it's been on Spotify since the album was released legit just look up Tallah on spotify
God this band is sick
You all are SO FREAKING TALENTED. You all are going places. No joke, I have to see you all live sometime.
Nu metal is back, baby
I really hope that this band makes it to the top in no time.
This band is the best!
Hope to see them live, this EP is awesome, this set is killer, sounds just as good as the recording
7:28 omg
My fave part of the song
Danm these guys are good
Must have more. This shit is money.
So different, so groovy and heavy
Great songwriting skills, love it.
Greetings from Borneo. I Love Tallah!!
i'm listening to this pretty much every day now
You know what, I love this version even more than the EP
fuck i love that, need more now
Sick🔥🔥🔥🔥
Wow, I loved it! Especially that "version" of We, The Sad
BREEEEEEEE....heavy.
Hell yeah !!!!
That's a fuckin awesome song
Ricardo Silva which one
@@GypsyRock _that one_
We , the sad ... Absolutely the most epic , crushing , magnificent , perfection.
🤘🤘fuck yea🤘🤘
Fucking Nu-Core, this is incredible
Oooh he spittin'
You go to do great things.
Greetings from Mexico City
Glad i found this band!! Badass and sick af!!!
Be sure to check out hungry lights :)
I remember watching Justin (vocalist) on RUclips years ago thinking this guy is very good and needs a band of his own and here we are.
There the future of new metal
Would be awesome to see you guys in Montréal you guys are incredible by the way !!! 🤟🤟🤟
Max is such a sick drummer, guys mad talented. Whole band got it on lock haha love this album it's beastly! Can't wait to see what else you guys come up with! \m/ :) \m/
Deftones "adrenaline" vibes a lot in this one. Give me the "koi no yokan" vibe and i will be all over it.
Yeeeesss!!!
This is awesome !
I'd love to see these guys on tour with Vended and Alien Weaponry, as they are all great and of a similar age I think
With Vended and Guerilla Warefare
Dude wuuuuut..... just discovered these guys today.... holy fuck they sound like when korn was good
This is how a baby of slipknot and Korn sounds like
It's like Life is Peachy Korn era, Adrenaline Deftones era, and a little bit of Code Orange Kids thrown in.
Nu-core, grandpa
Yall cant see the major Serj influences?
I don't think about Slipknot while hearing this, it's more like Korn and System of a Down thrown together but Justin is still unique. So let's stop comparing and enjoy the music \m/
I love this version of kungan
Love these guys
I know over the past years nu metal is almost like the Anti-Christ in the music world but I love this shit!!! It sounda like Bull wearing steel shoes running through a machine shop!!!😷💀☠👌
Sooooooo cool
Great vocalist!!!!!
This is the band I’m going to be in one day... this is it.
Awesome!
Its hard to headbang and jumping whit 10"tab in hand🤘
U guys are gunna be so big if you stay together lol
I swear, being in lockdown in Australia currently.. it’s such a shit time and so depressing and hard to find things to help cope. This band, tallah, is my second coming of slipknot for me. It has everything I needed from the early days of slipknot with the insanely talented drumming of Max.. to the vocalist of Justin who in my opinion is probably the most diverse lead singer of any mental band on the planet right now. And that saying something in my books it’s always been Corey Taylor. But man, Justin.. if you read this. I want you to know you are a one of a kind singer. And probably the best thing that’s come into my life in some time. You make me feel the song more than anyone has made me. You’re insane! And max, you’re the best drummer since Joey Jordison in his prime. GUYS PLZ NEVER SELL OUT! Never go soft. This is what the world needs! Honest music! ❤️❤️🇦🇺🇦🇺
Is that justin's "whistle scream" I hear at 7:28? LOVE IT
I think that's a pig squeal.
It’s a Bree mixed with that grind core growl
Love it sm
Damn its colorful and intense, love it!!
This is epic 👌
The worst part of corona is not getting to see this madness live. I cant wait and I will risk all sickness to be In the pit for this.
Holy fuck!!! Insane bois 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
Justin is a true master of screaming healthy so he doesn't ruin his throat over time. Its called a fry scream and it's not easy to do!
@Necro Tide What I heard on one stream is, he'll switch to fry if he has to do a particularly long scream, but usually he does false chord, as you said. He says that false chord screams are more powerful, and sound better. Dominic Sanchez does have a point though, in that Justin is a screaming master, and he knows how to preserve that.
Pretty sure fry is the easiest scream
@@tristanevans1062 That is correct. That's why you can hold a fry scream longer than a false chord.
I do false cord screams. I almost never do fry screams. The only time you would ever catch me doing fry is if I hurt my voice on tour and wanted to play it safe.
@@HungryCovers ohhh so what is the difference between false cord screams and fry?
Awesome
Jesus fucking christ these guys are amazing.
