Sir, exactly today morning I was wondering if I can choose the place where I can be born because I always wanted to live in tamilnadu and not elsewhere. Finally got an answer for it. As appar said in his song "adutha piravium venduvathe indha maanilathe". I wanted tamilnadu and be born as a staunch siva devotee

If every soul wants to take birth only as human then how come other living things are taking birth? Our ancestors told based on our Pavam puniyam we will be getting our next birth. But you are telling we can choose our birth which is true?
