What i feel if some one doing very bad and changing after some year they are in the transmission state soul from one to another, same way all soul, if we are good and we have thought to do meditation they are in next transition state, if we see a each person by their activity we can come to know in which soul state are human in earth. Now i wont see a human, i will see everyone as soul and by they character i think which level they are, i try to help them to come next level if they less than us and learn from next level people to move next transition, i try to live here like the soul world no blaming, just help to move next level and get help from good soul to move next level.
