Ah nice i was just about to pull the trigger on a bel air and now i bet it shed even more weight with this carbon fiber model. Also i just wanna say the idea of shooting at your knife made me laugh. Im not a gun owner but surely there is a better way.
Also sticking your tip into the wood is probably not the best way to care for your knife. I guess if you're shooting at it, you really don't care about your knife 😂
There's nothing wrong with that steel whatsoever when properly heat treated. I doubt you will be doing anything more than normal EDC tasks anyway. You don't need every knife to have a super steel . Just like you don't need your flashlight always on high. It's normally just fine/adequate on a lower setting .
Очень нелепая реклама. В конце ролика дед ножи забыл в лесу. Видимо, так нужны))) В наше время нельзя так снимать. Машина, пистолет, пластиковая стяжка - это все уже было в рекламе SOG
Big cats, bears, badgers, and just about any animal with claws would say otherwise lol. It's a sharp and bladed piece of metal that can cut and slice. Maybe, some other designs might be more well suited for a particular task, but saying that the Dawnstar doesn't seem very practical is a bit of a stretch. I mean farmers use sickle-shaped blades all the time, and that's what basically the Dawnstar looks like (a mini version of it, that is). I think you have to add more context into your statement. It might not be practical for you, but for others it may be.
@@kazuhiramiller1616 Is a sickle an extension of the body also? No, it's not, yet it's a "practical tool". I think you're missing the point here, bud. Just because the karambit style knife isn't practical for you, doesn't mean it's not for others. At the end of the day, they're bladed tools. I just don't understand why you don't get that. Can the Dawnstar open a package, a mail, cut rope, cut zip ties, be used as a self-defense weapon, cut cardboard, or slice an apple? Again, you have to put context to your original statement. You're making yourself look like a dummy lol.
@abnr1983 standard knives do all those better man. I work with knives daily, you have no idea what you are talking about. The dawnstar is a cool blade, but it's outclassed by almost anything else kershaw puts out just because of the ineffective design. Also worth noting you're comparing a karambit style blade to a sickle, come on man...
@@kazuhiramiller1616 Or you just can't take it whenever someone else has a different opinion to yours? I mean have you even EDC-ed a karambit style knife, not for self-defense, but for everyday uses? I have and it was very practical for me. In what way is a folding, karambit-style knife impractical for you?
That dawnstar is sick, perfect for a Halloween knife
I purchased the mini-Iridium a couple of months ago and really enjoy it.
I went to the forest for 2 shots... Marketing at its best, lol.
Dawnstar I liked :)
I was thinking the same thing 😂😅
Nice work!
Liking that dawnstar
Dawnstar, very nice
Much closer to the ZT look feel
Nice knives, was really hoping for a Deschutes skinner or a fixed blade in magnacut. C'mon kershaw let's make it happen
Dawnstar would be amazing with an Axial lock

Why are you making this like knives are just an accessory for Gun Guys? You are a knife company. Leave with who brought you to the dance.

Nice knives. Video showcasing the knives, not so much...
You’ve lost your minds with these prices.
Come on , don’t shot your knife
Cool design on the dawnstar, but doesn't seem very practical.

@abnr1983 it's a knife. Not an extension of a body. Same reason the karambit it very useless in most cases.

Meh design, overpriced. The dawnstars is some sort of karambit inspired but suboptimal as edc.
🙄
