Niiiice! You made a perfectly working tool and saved well over a hundred bucks. (Todays Prices: 9/25/24) And made that 3d printer more valuable and more cost effective. Ever think about marketing your design or finished product?
Ok..Ive gotten a few requests now. I'll go back through and see first if I still have the file..If I do, I'll get them on thingiverse. Just remember that the "hub" portion I machined out of aluminum . I also had the pusher part break after a few hundred times of use. However, that piece is very basic and could be also made of metal with a drill and a file..
I'll have to see if I can locate the file.. As designed, it will need a piece of steel/aluminum machined for the center. So as long as you have that capability you'll be good.
Someone had asked me earlier for the file...I have no problem putting it on thingiverse however, do you have the means of making the little centering piece? It needs to to be alum or steel or it wont hold up long at all. As far as the pipe, im honestly not sure. My father has a bunch of odds and ends laying around and I just grabbed a piece that fit over a 9mm case. Obviously it cant be tight and it cant be too loose either. I'll try to dig up the file and upload it to thingiverse.
Excellent video thanks for the vdeo and time 👍

That's wicked cool. Nice work!
I would love the files for this.
Subbed. You did a great job on building the tools. I use my TKCUSTOMS mooner a lot. Too bad they charge so much.
Can you share you design to input into cura. I have a 986 7 shot myself.

@@Pyro17059 yes I can have the center piece machines but need the 3D file to print it, maybe you can attach the file here
Great. I don’t have a 3D printer. Why don’t you sell me one for $40
