i usually do 16 fear runs. i find them the most balanced. i put 3 health fear, 2 rebukes, 1 100% damage on first strike. more enemy on encounter and enemy can spawn in different area, -50% mana starting in all area. these fear modifiers make game harder but don't throw the game out of wack. I don't like revenant. it makes all runs super long and tedious.
I am glad that they fix the Shocking loss irritate function smite on Hex. What kind of Uncle smite his niece's summon then smile proudly?

I agree. I actually dislike most of the fear options. They just make the game less fun for me.
