I have been watching this guys videos for a few years. Everytime I am just blown away by the craftsmanship and details, he adds to all his projects. It's not new wood from a big box store or exotic woods, it's stuff he is recycling into a piece of artwork. The end results are astonishing.

Broken old drawers, cereal box card and plastic tubing turned into the highest quality jewellery box. It's like your own brand of magic. I love that this is for your wife! You had me wondering for a bit why you'd cut out the ends of the dovetails, but then I realised of course you're going to make it extra special. It's beautiful and I hope she loves it.

There is something really special about watching a master craftsman at work but to watch you is an absolute privilege. Mrs Epic is one lucky lady to have such a beautiful box to hold her treasures. Rosewood is a gorgeous timber and pairing it with the rich blue velvet is perfect, even if it does wrap around cereal packets 🤣. The added detail of the brass is also just lovely.
