Hi gm sis, nice tips tnks, I use to make little mistakes now I will correct it, today’s diet - detox water, morning walking 1 hr, workout exercise 45 mins, bf - vendiya dosa 2 , 11 am - buttermilk, 1 pm - bendi bhaji , 2 chapati, salad, 4 pm - green tea n chundal, 7 pm - mug dal dosa 2 , detox water, whole day 3 1/2 litres water.
