@2:38 To say that the mounting nut can become corroded and stuck to the drain pipe is an understatement. I had to drill ¼ inch holes in the thing in order to get it off the drain pipe.

Never seen one of these - I have a rubber strap wrench similar to an oil filter wrench and called a Constrictor that does the same job.

I use my iron grip hand strength, never fails
That dude with the angle grinder makes quick work of rusted and unmoveable crap under the sink. Quite genius really.
I just break em off with the big cobras
