Hey Dr. Chad I have both a question and a suggestion. For my question, I'm on my high school swim team and with how things have been I haven't been able to get in a pool for months. So, I wanted to know a way to gain lean muscle and lose fat. And for my suggestion, you should make a video on nutrition and what people should be putting in their bodies since, in my opinion, nutrition is half of getting and staying fit.

Great advice Dr.Chad, there are other videos on forearm exercises but the guys are all incredible hulks, rather than a normal average built person like yourself. One gripe, the background music is bloody irritating, you´re doing nice calm exercises but the music sounds like someone sprinting on amphetemines!

I've been doing these with 3# weights. My arms are getting rock hard but not big. I didn't want to look like a female body builder, just fit.
