    Couldn’t see the hand position of the very first exercise... blocked by the weight

    I do some ab workouts but most of the time my legs hurt but not my abs is that good?

      Force your abs to do the contracting and moving motions. Try not to force your legs to help with the workouts

      Well for 1 like people are saying you could be doing it wrong but also maybe if your legs are somehow too weak to do the workouts you could try doing leg strengthening exercises

    Definitely more difficult to do after forearms.. Yeesh. Good though

    I found something good for weight, I put full water bottles in my sneakers. Not all that heavy but it’s a little more weight.

      If you can fit full water bottles in your shoes, aren’t your shoes a bit too big???
