Really liked this! Only comment would be that it would be better if the bottom countdown timer counted down the entire workout, since the circle timer is already counting down each move!

Hi Caroline, used 4kg weights until last exercise when used 3kg - did routine 3 times as thought this would equal 3 sets. I guess it’s the stomach that’s the last to show effects? ❤️
OMG - I didn’t realize how weak my arms are!!! I have TWO POUND weights and it felt like I was using ten pound weights. Gotta work on this area of my body, for sure

Hi Caroline, I'm using this walking workout for after dinner & added some light weights for biceps & triceps! Walked in the park 30 min today with a 81 degree sunny day here in Ohio
I used to be really into body building as a hobby in my mid to late 30’s, I was in the best shape of my formerly chubby life. Then peri-menopause hit along with major life changes and I’ve lost most my muscle and gained back the 80 lbs I had lost. This workout was me making the first step to hopefully reclaiming at least some measure of fitness for myself. I don’t expect to ever be thin or pretty again but at least maybe I can have some strength.
Guessing abs are last! Am I correct? How long does it take b4 the total ab is toned like the rest of the body; especially as age comes and lose skin isn't flattering....
I've been starting to take care of me. I have the weakest upper body. Your video is perfect as I begin my work to a healthier me. I love all your videos. I am always on the run but it always seems easy to fit in a 10 or 15 minute workout here and there. I can do more than 1 a day because I can fit them in when I have a few free moments. Movement is my medicine!

i started with 2 lbs weights
Started with 3, and now I'm up to 5 lb weights. That seems just right for me and my needs/goals, so no need to go up in weight. 🙂
