I am totally useless at applying vinyl to any curved surface, it always creases in on itself and won't lay flat. I thought I'd tried every method, but not seen the wet one before, so will give that a try! Thanks for the help 👍

Is the paper transfer tape similar to masking tape? Is it better to use thank regular transfer tape?

Actually no. When you squeegee it down it removes all the remaining water :)
