    Basicaly Dive Bomber is a variation of Hindu Push up, in India these have been being practiced for thousands of years as Rammurti Dand. This is my reply to sara hanifin.

    It's called a Hindi push up because it uses the two yoga poses down dog and chataranga. At least that's what I assume

      Wrong. Dive bombers include a pump on the way back up. This is known as a dand and pehlwanis have been practicing them for centuries.
